Cottage is both pristine and very homely and the hosts are responsive and friendly. There is a busy road audiable near by, no problem in winter when enjoying the cosy indoors, but might not be so great for sitting out in summer.

Our stay at The Den was what we were looking for, as it was somewhere quiet. This is our 2nd visit to The Den and we will definitely be back. Hosts were amazing

A wonderful short stay in the most tranquil surroundings imaginable. Everything you need for a relaxing stay and very comfortable. Lesley is the perfect host with a warm welcome and plenty suggestions of local attractions. A wrench to leave but we'll certainly be back.

This was an incredible place to stay! Our family loved staying here. The house is done up beautifully, it's super cosy and comfortable inside and the surroundings are beautiful. It was so close to my family and friend's places, it made staying here really useful and there's a great place that does Breakfast 5 mins away called the platform 5 breakfast and take away! Check out their waffles!
