Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
