Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.
