Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Charming street house in central Ystad

On Stallgatan in Ystad, as central it can get, you will find this beautiful half-timbered house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad Station is 200 m away and to the beach you walk in about 10 min.

Newly built house in Vik, with space for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Close to Stenshuvet National Park, Mandelmann's gardens and two amazing golf courses. A minute walk to beach and harbor but also to bus stop with good transport links to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Relax in this lovely home. Here you have all the amenities you need, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove. Comfortable beds. Space to hang out on the terrace, gas grill, large dining table with nice rattan armchairs, in the sun or in the shade of the umbrella (in autumn and winter the outdoor furniture is removed for the season). Inside there is a spacious dining area in front of the fireplace. Reading corner for morning coffee or a good book. A glazed veranda for rainy moments.

This house is originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing spot in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, cafe and glass kiosk.
