Apartment vacation rentals in Ypsos

The apartment was really great. The view was absolutely beautiful. The center as well as the different beaches were at walking distance. A staircase leading to the listing made it easy to go down one of the main streets. The accommodation is located at height so very quiet and peaceful. We felt comfortable and safe there. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa. The only very small downside was to find the accommodation because the address indicated is not the right one, you have to write “Danny's apartment” on maps and do not follow the AirBnB link. When we arrived, everyone was kind, including Helena. She is a lady of immense kindness and very warm. She brought us fruit and water and brought us what we needed during our stay. If we were to come back to Sarandë we would return here without hesitation!

I'm reluctant to praise the apartment because I don't want it to get too booked up. It's outstanding. The large roof terrace is very rare in town and invaluable. The balconies, too. There are large balconies on two sides of the flat. On one side, you have a view of the spire of the church of St Spyridon; on another, a view of the Old Fort, lit up and glowing gold at night. Directly opposite, across the narrow Guilford Street, is the church of St Paraskevi. When the bells ring, as they do briefly each day, it sounds as if they are ringing in the sitting room. Directly below the flat is an excellent Italian restaurant. The whole place is superb and could scarcely be better. Huge recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Keetrina’s accomodation! Not only was the property in the perfect location, but the size of the space was fantastic. We had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen items to laundry items. Keetrina and her Mum were also very kind and we had great communication.

Host was very communicative and proactively checked in to see if we needed anything. They met us at the door to welcome us and explain everything. Great location a few minutes walk from town. Wifi was strong enough for video calls.

Nice apartment, not too far from sea🏖️ Big and spacious area. I would recommend anyone to walk and not drive because the parking anywhere is a nightmare and we got two tickets whilst we was at here. Apartment was good, has everything you need and a lovely view of the sea 🌊 Lots of stairs to go up so if you have big luggage be prepared! About 70 steps up but it’s fine if you are able. Close to ksamil 30 minute drive, blue eye around 45 minutes. thanks Mirela! 😊

Joanna's place is a perfectly located apartment with all the comforts. An apartment with a beautiful view of the sea right from the living room and bedroom; very clean, bright and equipped with all the necessary accessories. Nearby is a beautiful neighborhood, both visually and infrastructureally attractive. Absolutely phenomenal place! Joanna is a lovely and communicative host.

It was a great place, especially the balcony with amazing view! Checkin was easy, and had quick help with all questions. Thanks for having us!

Sue's place was very convenient for our stay, clean and spacious, and pleasantly decorated. We appreciated Sue's prompt and helpful communication before and during our stay. The location was quiet and we would definitely be happy to stay again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

This is easily one of the best Airbnbs in all of Albania. Everything was perfect and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is clean, bright, cozy, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated. It’s incredibly well-equipped, making it ideal for long stays as everything you need is right there. Fabjola arranged weekly cleanings, which were a wonderful touch! The location is slightly uphill, but the peaceful neighborhood and lovely sunset views more than make up for it. I especially appreciated that all the furniture, linens, and kitchenware were in excellent condition, almost brand new. I highly recommend this flat—definitely worth the price!

I had a wonderful stay at Meti's apt. The view is spectacular, to be enjoyed from both the living room at the main bedroom. Not always possible. The apt is large, comfortable and was super clean and well equipped with everything I needed for a month long stay! I was there in winter when Sarande is calm and peaceful and much warmer than most of Europe, so I highly recommend coming to this apt in winter for a warmer relaxing holiday! It was a short 6min walk down the hill -go left-to the main promenade, where plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets still open. Meti is very personable, helpful, quick to respond to messages and take action.

Really great location, walkable to restaurants, attractions, blue bus line and green buses. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host is a great communicator! Would love to stay again.

We were three people traveling—myself, my wife, and my 83-year-old father—on a family trip, and this rental was a great fit for our needs. The location was ideal: quiet, picturesque, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and major attractions easy to reach by car. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus. The apartment itself was clean and practical for our needs, but the real gem was the large sea-view balcony. We spent time out there every single day - it became our shared space, especially since the inside was quite small and didn’t have much of a common area. That was something we knew ahead of time from the listing so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, it was a lovely stay. It felt like the right place for our little family getaway, and we’d definitely come back. No complaints - just good memories.

Ergi and Bsnike are very nice people. Their place is easy to find and clean and you can easily walk to the beach.

The apartment is spacious and very lightly with one unique terrace and two different balconies. you can enjoy two panoramic views: from terrace and from bedroom! All amazing, especially the sunset! In general the design of apartment is modern and minimalist and you will find all the necessary for comfortable vacation! Private small plage is a bonus!

Esmeralda was a fantastic host- kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home. She even picked us up from the bus station on arrival! The apartment was wonderful too. Spacious, clean and well-equipped so perfect for a short or longer stay. It is only a short walk down to the beach with plenty of shops nearby. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Sarande!

This is the perfect stay on the eastern side of the island. Would highly recommend for a holiday trip. It is next to the road, however this is never an issue as the place is quiet when you need it. Dimitri the host mega friendly, and the space is big for a holiday for 2.

Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

We really loved the past week at Peter's apartment. The accommodation is well arranged, pretty, clean and quiet. You can enjoy the jacuzzi on the terrace in complete privacy. The location is perfect if you have a car and want to go around the island. Corfu, about 15 minutes from the apartment is a charming town that deserves a visit. We recommend it without hesitating!!!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. It exceeded my expectations. We felt very at home. It had everything we needed - toiletries, towels, dishwashing tablets, soap etc which I didn’t expect. The place was great, with stunning sea views. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The hot tub was also great. In the area, you have a supermarket that is only 3 minutes away on foot. The beach is also a few minutes' walk away, where there are also bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it, we had a great time. Thank you
