Vacation rentals in Ypsos

Aljon's place was a lovely home to have for a few days in Sarande. The views from the balcony surpassed expectations and the apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable. His parents live next door so although we didn't have any issues, it was a comfort to know they were on hand. Good location, 10 minute walk from the port and a bit quieter than the main hub. Would definitely return and recommend!

Pleasant stay; shops, sea, restaurants are nearby; the apartment is very spacious, fully equiped and clean; host was helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood. It actually looks even better in real life than in pictures.

We spent 10 days at Villa Zoe and enjoyed every minute. The villa is located in the green hills 20min outside of Kerkyra and within 30minutes of all the main beaches on the West Coast. We recommend either hiring a car a scooter for getting around. The latter will be way easier to park once you get to your destination. Very quiet at night, and a lot cooler than the city. Even though the hosts live in the same building, we enjoyed lots of privacy. Well equipped, we found everything we needed to self-cater. Airconditioning is efficiënt and quiet. Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water meant no trips to the supermarket for water bottles. A beach umbrella was provided, which allowed us to visit undeveloped beaches. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a absolutly perfect stay. The apartments are very modern and equipped in a high quality. The location is great and very quiet. Absolutely courteous staff, super service. Always gladly again!

A lovely bolt hole for two. The pool space is perfect with a shady space to cool down. The bedroom and bathroom spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We used a firestick to stream TV channels. There is one chaise style sofa so you need to snuggle up. We didn't use the jacuzzi in the main living area. It is a 20 minute walk to the nearest taverna and about another 5 to Alonaki Bay taverna. The beach bar was just opening up on about 15th July. 5 minute drive to a small.good shop in Agios Mattheos, but would recommend stocking up in Corfu before you arrive. We also went to Lefkimmi to the Lidl which is about 30 min drive away. Bring insect repellent for the evening. Nicos was a very generous host, cooking us fish on the BBQ and supplying his own olive oil. He also got souvenirs for us to take home. The villa is perfectly private but you can hear some noise from the villa next door if other guests are loud.

The apartment is a little bit difficult to access but I believe it’s tightly related to Sarandë’s topography :) other than that, the place is really clean and cozy ! The hosts are really nice and available. Would definitely recommend this place (if you have a car)

The Villa is in a great location with great access to the beach. Lots of outside space to relax in and plenty of places to eat close by. The Villa itself had everything you need although some furnishing could do with an upgrade. Overall excellent.

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊
