Alex’s place was beautiful, exactly how it was described. I enjoyed the stay, peaceful atmosphere and close to the shops.

Doug’s was very helpful and friendly. He had the personal touches in the unit that made you feel welcomed, like breakfast, milk, juice and condiments. It made the late arrival with little kids so much easier. Beds were comfy and the unit had everything we need for our family. Was a great unit to stay at.

The apartment feels like home, and I like the rice cooker so much! The kitchen provides everything we need to cook basic home meals, and the laundry room is also great (having a washing machine, dryer, and even detergent). The view from the bedroom is lovely. We got additional sheets and pillowcases for our bed. I feel grateful to stay at the apartment. Harry is also very helpful and explains everything clearly.

Amazing place! Harry was quick to reply and check in was as easy as the add suggests. The location is super close to Lonsdale street and allows for easy access to beautiful breakfast places in the morning. The bed was super comfy with the addition of electric blankets and a oil heater that just added a extra touch to the crisp Canberra weather of a morning and evening. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery and utensils you could ever need. Absolutely loved the place.

Thanks to external factors, I was upgraded to a different apartment however, Harry was great to communicate with throughout the process. Quick replies, honesty and clear checkin instructions made my stay easy and comfortable. Thanks for hosting me Harry, I'll be sure to stay with you next time I'm in town 😀

As usual, Harry's apartments never disappoint. Neat, clean and well equipped. This apartment is well situated with Canberra Centre only a few minutes away. Check in and out is always a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Cath's place was great. We have a very nervous anxious dog who is afraid of strangers so it was ideal to find a place that was quiet and private and Cath's place really ticked all the boxes. It was everything that we expected based on pictures and description. Clean comfortable, perfect for our one night stay with our dog and bird on our big journey to QLD.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. So much so, we booked to come back a few months later after visiting in January 😁It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway with your fury friends. Our dogs LOVED it just as much as us. If you're a wildlife lover, this place is full of your Australian favourites (perfect for our overseas guests) 😍 Wombats everywhere ( best to see at dusk/dawn..although we saw one as we were leaving at 10am), echidnas and we were even lucky enough to see a platypus..you just need patience 😁 And of course the river is sublime. No doubt we will be back again soon❤️

My wife and I stayed here with my parents for three weeks and had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aaron was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The apartment was clean, quiet, and incredibly well stocked with all the essentials you don’t want to worry about on vacation, like garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, both of which worked great. The internet was fast and reliable the whole time we were there. The building itself was very quiet, which made for great sleep all around. And the location in Barton is fantastic! Safe and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of Parliament House and numerous museums. There’s a small grocery store right across the street, plus plenty of cafes nearby for a morning coffee run. All in all, we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd visit to Cockatoo House. We keep coming back as it has all that we need to look after the show dogs, and attend the Royal Show. Great bathroom, all kitchen amenities Off street parking for several cars. Plenty of space outdoor, undercover. Several living areas inside too.

We would like to thank our hosts very much for all that they did for us and for being so accomodating to our needs. Our fur babies felt right at home and we appreciate you all very much.. Genuinely one of the best accomodation experiences we’ve ever had. This place exemplifies why you stay in an Airbnb rather than soulless hotels. Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful unique space. We were made to feel at home the minute we arrived. Everything was so warm and inviting. A truly beautiful property in old Canberra only a few minutes from everything. Spectacular garden, light filled space with the most comfortable charming personal touches.

We had a wonderful weekend at Wallaroo, celebrating an 80th birthday with family. What a special location and a warm and inviting house. Carolyn was extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our extended family of 9. Thank you Wallaroo - a terrific place for a getaway. Great location close to local wineries.

Fabulous spot for a relaxed holiday. Perfect little retreat for my 9yo and me. Breakfast was taken care of, the kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfy and beautifully made, and we could bounce around loudly with disturbing anyone! Liz invited us to feed animals at 4.30pm each day and we met the adorable farm dogs 🐕😍. Sadly, I wasn't allowed to take one home with us! Excellent value and wide open spaces. This place is so ideal, especially for people visiting Canberra for work. I had everything at my door step and my dogs felt right at home. Very comfortable, easy access, warm and toasty place to stay for Canberra winter. Very keen to stay here again, felt right at home. Thank you.

This is our second time staying at Louie's-it's in a very quiet, peaceful location and close to parks, restaurants and grocery stores. The place is very clean and Louie is super quick to respond with any questions.

Nice to have an indoor pool. Good sized tv.

Great location, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need plus more. Hugh is a great host, very responsive & accommodating. Very grateful for the unexpected treats, milk, juice, tea & coffee. Shops within walking distance, comfortable bed and linen. Easy check in/out process, underground security parking was great too. Highly recommend Hugh’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. Thanks Hugh, your place was very homely and cosy.

Manuel’s apartment is comfortable and spacious, with everything you need for a stay. Easy 15 minute walk to commercial centre of town for shops, bars, restos, etc.
