There is a toaster, jug, cups, glasses, plates a water jug with filtered water, a selection of tea and coffee and a selection of breakfast cereals. There is a bar-fridge and microwave. Heating is underfloor, off peak, comes on at night for cold weather. A portable airconditioner and ceiling fan for the hotter weather.
