Amazing stay from start to finish. This property has something to do for everyone, if you’re staying in or going for a walk you can’t be disappointed!

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Host was very informative with all the details needed to make it all stress-free , Would highly reccomend booking cottage. Thank you joanne for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

We had a great stay at Cathy's. The whole house is very comfortable, especially the three extremely cosy bedrooms. Great location for visiting the area. The access to the spa is a real bonus.

We had such a lovely couple of nights here. The caravan is spacious, comfortable and clean. The site is fun with lots to do and a short walk down to a nice beach. We drove the few minutes into Filey which is a nice little seaside town - well worth a visit. Kim was friendly, easy to communicate with and very accommodating and lovely to us. We'll definitely be back! Thanks so much x

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

Thank you to Emma and James for an amazing few days at the barn celebrating my 60th year with friends . We had amazing weather and made great use of the pool, loved the barn with its spacious and light bedrooms and found all of Emma’s recommendations to be spot on. Ellesmere boathouse for lunch was perfect and the various shops there. We will most definitely be back.

We stayed at the Roundhouse for 3 nights, and it was fabulous. A well equipped & maintained property in beautiful surroundings. The instructions were clear and Communication with Izzy was seamless. I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay, well situated for exploring the Peaks and nearby Backwell.

Jo was super helpful, very friendly wonderful host. Excellent communication. The facilities were perfect, lovely location, very quiet and private but close to all amenities. The lodge is very tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back.

Would 100% recommend staying at the Riverain Coach House. We recently stayed with some friends and enjoyed local walks close to the house, a good selection of local pubs nearby but would recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. However with Penrith and shops being only 10 minutes away, it wasn't a problem. The house has been done up beautifully and is really well equipped. Christine was great, providing lots of helpful information before our stay and the welcome hamper went down a treat. Thank you so much, we would 100% stay again.

Clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and two large bedrooms each with own toilet and shower within a 5 minute walk if the Cleethorpes sea front

Had a lovely stay at Roberts place. It was spotless throughout and had a really cozy modern feel. Really comfortable furniture and beds. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Cheers again Jonny

The house was in a convenient location and provided the amenities we needed for our short stay in Windermere. Liam was very responsive and provided clear and helpful information regarding check-in. We would stay here again!

Exactly what we needed for a night away for a wedding. Usmaan was helpful and flexible and made our stay much easier. This house is amazing. We were blown away by the stunning views the moment we arrived, it was even better than the pictures we’d seen online. The house was perfect for our group of 9 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday, plenty of space in the house and lots of space outside with multiple seating areas to enjoy the view of the lake. Richard and Sophie were so helpful and friendly with plenty of tips on things to do in the surrounding area. Richard made us feel very welcome and helped with a booking at the local pub. The separate bar was fantastic, amazing to have our own private pub! The hot tub area was fab with a sunset view in the evening. 5 bedrooms and 3 en-suites were all lovely, one small issue was there was no separate bathroom which we knew from the description but we all managed fine, there is also a separate wc. The kitchen and utility had everything we needed. The living space was so unique with quirky chairs and decor and fab lighting in the evening. We loved it, Thankyou!

Thank you very much. We all had a great stay. Everything we needed was at the house. Went with kids and they loved the games and toys available. Lots near by to keep us busy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay, only thing I would have liked better would be the height of the ceiling in the games room, none of our group could stand up straight in there

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Great Location! Very spacious, Miller and Carter literally yards away! Beautiful garden area especially when the suns out! Kitchen was fully equipped, spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. Ample parking & nice touch of a welcome gift for a birthday celebration
