Vacation rentals with beach access in York

Thank you for hosting me! I had a fantastic stay at Justine’s place. As someone who loves to cook it was fantastic having a full kitchen and meal prep space. Also being close to different transit stops was wonderful. I loved the location because after a busy day having fun in downtown, it’s great to return to the peace of the neighborhood where the place is located to relax with everything you need set up there. Looking forward to staying there next time I visit Toronto!

Sylvia’s place was perfect for our long weekend staycation! It was just the right amount of space for my husband, two year old and small dog. It was cozy, clean, and conveniently located. We love the island and this was an amazing find. Sylvia was available and responsive. We’d definitely book here again!

Great place to stay. Everything matched the description. You get the whole floor to yourself. Overall clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small but still manageable. Will definitely stay again here in the future.

Where you stay can truly make or break a vacation, and this place absolutely made ours! We had an amazing stay at this home in the heart of Parkdale, Toronto! The house was impeccably clean, and the hosts were beyond helpful—always communicative and genuinely kind. The location was unbeatable, with so many charming streets and places within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, felt incredibly safe, and even allowed me to enjoy a few early morning runs without a worry. It’s rare to find a place this perfect, and it would be hard not to book here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommend!

communication with Sharon and Tanner was excellent and they were helpful with transport queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of towels and was able to make a meal in kitchen. Near to CN Tower and harbour. Thank-you for a lovely stay and everyone enjoyed the coffee pods.

Loved this place. There was a great view from the balcony and the place was located very close to many restaurants and other activities. Matthew was very helpful and he responded quickly if we needed help with anything. Overall this place was great and we had such a good time here!

Arum was very helpful with accommodating us as we were arriving earlier and he let us go in before the check in time. He was very helpful as we wanted to make sure we were going to be close to where we were going And the place was very clean. I would definitely book again Thank you very much for everything Arun

Sarah’s home is a wonderful stay in the city with such a homey feel and proximity to downtown. Sarah was communicative and provided great suggestions for things to do in the area!

Had a very nice stay. The proximity to the Toronto Pan Am Centre was amazing, only a 5 minute drive. It was nice to be able to make a big, nutricious breakfast for my son before his swim meet instead of staying at a hotel. The place had a portable heater in the living area but if you need your room warm at night, you might want to bring your own. We like our rooms cold at night so it was perfect for us. the host was very responsive and we were also able to park in the driveway.

My parents stayed here during the holidays for a couple of weeks as this place is close by my home. They really enjoyed staying at Anson’s place. Next time they come back, I will be looking for availability on this place as my first option for sure. Lastly, the host (Anson’s) was very responsive.

Litsa’s place was amazing—comfortable, spotless, and even better in person than the photos. We stayed for one night while attending a concert at the History venue and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Litsa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay again!

Clive's house is marvellous. The spaces are great and make you feel right at home. I love that it brings us back to the beginnings of Airbnb, and one can stay at someone else's house. The beautiful decor, the art, and every single detail were wonderful, making us feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Clive's house because of the great spaces and tranquillity, but also because of its closeness to public transportation, which makes it very easy to move around. I would love to come back.

This place was lovely and exactly what we needed! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, the beach is gorgeous, and the hosts are next level responsive and flexible. Highly recommend.

Everything, from start to finish, was easy and seamless. Vivi was always available to answer questions and offer help. The instructions were very clear with pictures provided. In the condo, the rules and instructions were posted clearly and easy to read and understand. We enjoyed our stay, it is a beautiful neighbourhood with plenty to do. We felt very secure and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm in town and I highly recommend Vivi as your host. Thank you!

I had a quick one night trip for work to downtown Toronto and this place was perfect. Comfortable, affordable place with a great view of the lake and downtown Host was highly communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, new apartment where you can watch the planes land at Billy Bishop Airport. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto's waterfront.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained—and the views were just breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. What really made the stay great! was the host. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire experience. From the moment I booked, communication was clear and timely. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, including helping me with an early check-in, which made my travel day so much smoother. Every little detail felt thoughtfully handled, and it genuinely felt like they cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with a top-notch host.

Abdourahamane was responsive and offered help if needed. Although we didn’t eat in, the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of anything you could need. Place was neat and clean and that view! Small balcony to enjoy the view. Can catch a Lyft easily and I noticed public transportation is close by. We walked to Dundas Square but tram is probably best and walked to the Distillery District. I recommend this space.

Wow and thank you. To find such a perfect location was so fortunate. Cal sent a warm and welcoming message that just set the experience off to a great start. The condo was clean and modern and just felt so comfortable. There is something energizing about being right in the centre of thing’s, especially when you have such a wonderful space to come “home” to. Thanks to Cal for providing such a terrific space.

Great apartment! Flexible and easy lock box check in. Fast wifi and a nice balcony to relax on. All the features that makes a space a home.

The place was immaculate when we arrived, very clean and exactly as described. The view from the b&b was amazing and the balcony was an excellent place to sit and have a drink and watch the water. We enjoyed the access to the pool and the hot tub and the top floor gym was awesome with great views as well, the facility was very nice! Evelyn made everything simple and easy and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to Toronto.
