Firstly, it was an absolute pleasure living in this apartment. Señor Edilberto is a very kind, attentive and engaged host! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is one that meets and even exceeds your expectations. The staff, which is led by Señor Rafael are extremely responsible and attentive to any issues that arise. They handle it all with professionalism, class and care. The place itself is located in the safest and best part of the City. With police located right in front and parque intra which includes a basketball court. Close to restaurants, bus terminal, mall and gym. The apartment itself is spacious, luxurious and contains all the necessities and more. Absolutely loved this place, the people and my experience. This place was superb! Everything was like the photos and description. I was there over a week and extended as long as my schedule permitted. It was a welcome atmosphere very much like visiting relatives. Emilsen drove to meet me when I arrived and back when I left. Amazing service! The room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable with great ventilation. The veranda completed the relaxed atmosphere with tables for meals and hammocks for relaxation. I did laundry twice and utilized the facilities like the jacuzzi and oven, besides the daily cooking and coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and I walked around every day. There’s groceries, shops and restaurants nearby even a nice museum a couple blocks away. It was difficult to know I had to move on. Definitely will be the first place I check for availability when returning to Yopal.
