Monthly Rentals in Yerevan

This is a fantastic experience at these apartments—definitely top-notch service. Location The apartment is in a shiny new building in the perfect spot. Right downstairs is a wine bar that might just become your second home. A 5-minute walk takes you to Pushkin Street, aka “restaurant heaven.” Just 3 minutes up the street, you’ll find Baron, a Lebanese-Armenian restaurant—your taste buds will thank you. Republic Square is 7 minutes away, and North Avenue is a 10-minute stroll. Plus, there’s a beautiful city garden just 4 minutes away, and a big supermarket for all your snack needs. Minor Issues There was a little dust (thanks, Yerevan construction), but hey, it’s part of the charm. While the design might not win any awards, the comfy bed and functional work space more than make up for it. You’ll be too relaxed to care. Oh, and it’s a serviced apartment called KEYGO. If you see their logo, go for it—100% recommend.

First things first, the place is clean and very cozy. The bed has perfectly hard mattress and medium soft pillows - good sleep guaranteed - and the sofa is comfortable. You get Wi-Fi, in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, soaps, in the kitchen - tons of dry or wet tissues, utensils, salt, sugar, coffee, cooking oil (so you can easily cook there). What you may also need and will find there - hairdryer, iron, drying rack and umbrella. Windows overlook quiet yard, I haven't heard one car at night, and the neighbors are early-sleepers and not noisy. There are 2 markets within 2 mins walk, one of them 24 hours and several restaurants. The center is 15 mins away by feet. Overall I 100% enjoyed my stay, the apartment felt like home.
