Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Yeonsu-gu

I visited as a family gathering, and I was very satisfied:) The host was very kind and the accommodation exceeded my expectations! I want to visit again next time if possible ~!

We had a lovely time staying at Annie’s. Her place was very clean, organized, and cozy. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and transportation. Annie was very responsive with anything needed. Perfect place for such a great price. Thank you, Annie!

Advantages: Right near Kintex, lots of towels, 2 rooms and 2 beds in each room Cons: - It was so cold. They usually turned on the boiler in advance, but I didn't turn it on here at all, and it took a while for the boiler to go up, so my parents were too cold until dawn. - The middle of the bed mattress is completely out - Toilet sink and floor drain doesn't drain right away -There are about 3 parking spaces in front of the restaurant on the first floor of the building, but they called to remove the car from the restaurant at 10:20 in the morning. - No elevator. It's on the second floor, but there is a bit of a staircase height - Poor soundproofing. You can hear the sound of words whether it's the next room or upstairs.

I'm not sure on foot, but by car, there was a public parking lot right nearby, so it was very convenient to use, and it was very easy to find the entrance to the accommodation and enter. The space was very clean and there were no inconveniences because everything you needed was in place. Everyone who went with me said they were satisfied. I personally liked that the pillow was similar to the one I usually use. The bed is important in an accommodation. It was also nice to have restaurants and convenience stores delivered from the accommodation or just a short walk away. I had a comfortable stay, and if I have to find a place to stay in Seoul, I am 100% willing to revisit. Ah! It was unique that there were various lights here and there.

As a very large family group we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mia’s place. It is well suited to large families or travel groups. Mia is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to help us during our stay, doing online orders for baby supplies and booking transport. The place is in a quiet area about 20 mins walk from Hongdae or a 5 min walk from local metro stop. There are ample restaurants within 5 mins walk in most directions. The place is off the beaten track so it does require a walk or taxi to the bustling areas, upside is it’s a peaceful and quiet retreat in this busy city. Be sure to visit Seoul Grain just a 10 min walk up the main road - delicious. Would stay again.
