Great location and everything went smoothly! Very thoughtful host. My boyfriend and walked to the gym and then got Korean bbq which was also walking distance:) then went to the convince store. Host had water at the house and even provided a bottle of wine and snacks! <3

I think I'll use it again next time:) I had a good stay for over 10 days. It was nice that there was no noise!

Staying at Seayard was a great experience that I would recommend. The location is great, just 2 min walk to Janggyeongni beach that you can admire from the balcony, and M. and Ms Pak have been adorable hosts, very thoughtful and attentionate throughout our stay, bringing us extra fan, extra towels, and even driving us to a nearby restaurant for lunch. The room was really clean, so was the bathroom, only the pillows were a little stiff but I'm sure than can be fixed. Would definitely recommend staying there!

I visited with my parents, child, and dog because it was a four-season vacation with my elementary son. I couldn't go anywhere from last year until the coronavirus, so I made a reservation as a private house with no one around. First of all, the accommodation was the same as the photos, and it wasn't the latest facilities, but all the facilities were kept clean. The living room was also as spacious as the playground, and there was a pool table and ping pong table, so we were able to spend a fun time and although we didn't use it, we didn't use it, but it was fully equipped with a karaoke machine. I especially liked that the barbecue facilities and tables on the deck were set up to see the sea scenery. I sent a photo to my friends, and they asked me to go with them, so I think I'll probably visit again. The host was quick to contact, and the room was well heated in the evening, and it was a satisfactory place in many ways.

It had entertainment and almost everything I wanted in the pension, so I was very satisfied.

I've experienced a lot of places to stay in different areas, but I don't think this is the first time I've had as neat and considerate hosts as this place. It was also good for shopping and touring Songdo and nearby areas, and the soundproofing in the house was perfect, and it was very easy to ventilate by opening the windows. Self-propelled parking was also convenient, especially since the elevator was so fast that it was convenient when going out. The fixtures and tidy accommodation facilities that the host felt cared for in the accommodation were a big attraction that made me visit again quickly. The boiler was warm enough to set only 22 degrees However, it would be better if you pay attention to the fact that you wake up naturally in the morning due to the absence of inner curtains ~ ~:)

This listing is optimized for group gatherings. Everyone I went with was very satisfied. There were a lot of beds, so even though there were a lot of people, everyone could sleep in the bed, and the bedding was clean. The bathroom and toilet are all spotlessly clean and there are a lot of towels. It's a pity that I couldn't use the barbecue and fire pit because it was cold. We will come back the next time we have a group gathering.

I went to a company workshop, and it was a separate accommodation, so it was comfortable, and I had a good time at the barbecue in the middle.

It was nice to see the beach from the accommodation, and I loved that it was a private house. It is a really good accommodation even if you come with a large family, group retreat, etc. Rather than eating at the accommodation, I bought it and came in and was able to use it more neatly. And in the morning, it snowed, so I was worried about how to get down the slope by car, but I was relieved that the owner swept the road and didn't worry about it.

I had to go to the airport early, so I booked this place, and I booked the van the day before, so I arrived in less than 15 minutes! Four of us stayed with friends, and there were four beds, so each of us had a bed and had a comfortable stay! There wasn't much nearby, so I recommend eating beforehand or buying food to eat, and it was nice to have a convenience store within a 3-minute walk! (Delivery was possible!) They responded kindly and quickly, so I had a good day without any difficulties! Thank you:)
