Fantastic place with a host who really goes the extra mile! (in our case he drove us to and from rock climbing crags and helping set up transport to and from Hanoi) This homestay has wonderfully flavorful and food and drinks served in a new kitchen area. The rooms are large, quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding area is stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone traveling through

My husband and I visited Huu Lung to climb, and we were there with our 2 year old and nanny. The host Hoang picked us up from the airport and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast and dinner made for us, as well as a packed lunch everyday. He also arranged for breakfast for our nanny at 4:30am, because she was observing Ramadan! The guesthouse has lovely decorated private rooms with balconies, clean bathrooms, a garden, and a large dining area. Perfect for a toddler to run around. There is also a stream to cool off in and a cafe next door that serves up Vietnamese style coffee, tea and cold drinks. Our toddler ended up befriending the kids in the village and was off playing across the neighbourhood every afternoon! Would recommend this place, especially if travelling with young children.

Phuong is a natural and passionate host who enjoys making everything perfect for his guests. Feel free to ask him anything you need. He and his girlfriend speak good English. He picked us up from town personally, organized for us to have vegan food and coffee free from milk in the morning as well as an extra scooter. The meals served, as often as desired, were in large portions and for a very fair price. His homestay is very well decorated, clean and calm in a beautiful calm area.
