Country Cottage, pet friendly & close to Canberra

Come and enjoy a country escape whilst still only being 15 minutes from Canberra. Our cosy cottage is located in the picturesque countryside, it is fully self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and all necessary appliances. We are children and pet friendly and have a totally enclosed backyard and patio space for dogs. We run a small hobby farm of 15 chickens, 2 miniature goats, 2 horses and a very friendly dog. this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.
