Our stay at Vishal’s house was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed plus more. Vishal was incredibly responsive, attentive, and provided helpful recommendations for local activities. We didn’t want to leave it’s beautiful.. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

House was light and airy, it was clean, spacious and well appointed. Great view from upstairs out to Port Phillip Bay. Secure garage for 2 cars and space for extra cars in the driveway. Plenty of space in the garden area for kids to run around and the pool was great. The only negative thing is there are two bedrooms upstairs - the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom but there is no other bathroom upstairs. There is a powder room upstairs but the only other full bathroom is downstairs which services the two downstairs bedrooms. Therefore the occupants of the 2nd upstairs bedroom has to either share the ensuite bathroom or go downstairs and share the bathroom there. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

We loved our stay here in Mount Martha. The house was exactly as advertised, spacious with a lovely yard and in a quiet area. Your only a 3 minute drive to the beach and shops. It's a great location from which to explore the Mornington peninsula region. Highly recommended Mark and Zoe

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

We are AirBnB veterans having stayed in many in NA, UK, Canada and Aus. We always say that anyone who runs a BnB should live in it for a week to understand what you really need. It’s obvious our hosts have also stayed in many BnBs as they have provisioned the place well, the way you would like it if they were the guest. We Enjoyed; The art work The large bed (which was our initial attraction) Large functional kitchen. The lemon tree in the yard. Yummy fresh lemons for our drinks and zest etc. Highly recommended.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in Inverloch for a family or friends ! Ideal for a family with kids as lots of activities for them to do and plenty of books for children and Adults to read. Nicely located as only a couple minutes walk to the town center and the beach. Stunning beach view from the balcony and the living area as this house constructed on a reverse living concept . 4 Spacious Bed Rooms with very comfortable Queen beds and a Sofa bed. If you are looking for a home away from home in Inverloch, I would recommend this place without any hesitation!
