The apartment was very cozy and clean, it is located very close to the malls and you can walk to the center in a few minutes. Ricardo was very attentive to the inquiries, we were able to have flexibility with the schedules.

The apartment itself is beautifully designed with intention: clean, modern, and comfortable, with high-quality appliances, a great layout, and tons of natural light. The rooftop is a highlight—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wind-downs, with a stunning view of both volcanoes. The location couldn’t be better. Two major malls are just a 5-minute walk, and the main plaza is a short Uber or an easy 15–20 minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe even at night, with gated security and local shops just steps away. It was the perfect mix of peace, convenience, and comfort. After a month here, it genuinely felt like home. Whether you’re staying for a week or several months, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Arequipa.
