As soon as we entered the garden with my husband and children, we were at peace. The house is very clean and convenient and has everything you need. The children swam in the pool while we barbecue, cooking marsmallows while enjoying the cinema by the fire. We spent a lot of time in the garden and ended the night with the pleasure of the hot tub. We were very happy that a 1-night holiday was so full. We had the chance to spend time at the lake the next morning, and we will come back as soon as possible, thank you for everything.

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. The host is very well designed, I really like all the details. The only handicap of the house is the rooms are not separate, so there are no walls in the house. That's why the other person cannot sleep in the living room or on the mezzanine floor while someone is working downstairs in the kitchen. Sound echoes. There are garden sets on 3 sides of the house, you can spend time outside at any time of the day. The other handicap of the house is on the front line from noon onwards. This prevents you from having a pleasant time in the front in the summer. It can only be used at noon with its original view and clarity. Vng brokerage firm, the actual owner has a villa right next door and they were very interested. If I was the host's place, I would rent it myself instead of giving it to Vng. Because I think they didn't contribute much. There were 4 numbers, and when I called for communication, I couldn't get a response from any of them. The house is on 22 acres of land, very pleasant with fruit trees, etc. I would like to thank Mr. Coskun and the host Ms. Asli for helping us. The last thing is that there was no channel on the TV, I made the satellite setting myself. We couldn't open the trt again, the system is old

Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

I will explain based on my experience as a result of a short-term stay. First of all, the building is solid; the structure is already new, all tests have been done and done in accordance with the regulations of the period. I did not experience any anxiety in terms of safety. I did not even feel any aftermath between April 24 and 26 during my stay. If we move to more general issues other than the agenda, first of all, what you see in the advertisement is the same as what you will find at home. Directly 5 points in terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless, the bathroom was sparkling clean and there was a "clean" smell everywhere after that intense cleaning. The house you will keep may be 1 eye room, but there are more options/tools than your needs in 1 eye room. There is both air conditioning, an artificial fireplace and natural gas for heating. If you are an easy cold person, don't worry, the house can take the sauna bucket right away, you don't have to worry about insulation as a loft, there is no heat loss. The balcony is suitable for coffee right in the spring

This place is amazing, spotless clean with all basic amenities needed. And the location is nearby to all main tourist attraction and places. The place is much better than shown in pictures and the beds are very comfortable for a comfortable sleep. Also Enil faruk was there to welcome us and always responded very quickly for my queries. Will suggest everyone to book this place for their trip to Istanbul and have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

Definitely beautiful views as all other reviews mentioned, totally worth the four flights of stairs. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the host. The tram and metro stations are right in front of the building which made it so easy to go around in Istanbul .

If you're looking for a quiet, safe area to stay in the Galataport area, this is it. A quaint split level apartment in a great new little building provides pretty much everything you need. Just a few steps to the market for small items or a 7 min walk to Carrefour for groceries, close to shopping, restaurants, and the tramway, this place pretty much is what you should be looking for. Very responsive renters, comfortable living space... as someone that frequently stays in Istanbul, this is the place to be.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Thanks to Gamze and Pirat the guard, we had a super nice stay. Beautiful Villa, clean. Lovely people. Beautiful surroundings. There were a few malfunctions in WiFi first day but will be resolved quickly. What we needed will be fine right away. House has 3 showers I thought 4. That was a little tricky one of the bathrooms you couldn't shower standing up. I definitely recommend it.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Great place in Istanbul, felt like home. Three levels & basement, 3 bd, 3 bth, a patio for morning coffee and evening tea, authentic stay in Istanbul (Beşiktaş- Ortakoy area). Safe place, we have found parking place easily, the host, Yunus - was very helpful and kind.
