Monthly Rentals in Yakushima Island

we had such a beautiful stay in this peaceful secluded place. it felt both luxurious and homely. We would highly recommend. As with many places on Yakushima, a rental car is needed.

It was spacious and beautiful, had everything I needed, and I was able to relax in a wonderful space surrounded by the scent of wood.It is a little far from Miyanoura and Awa, but if you have a rental car, there is no problem at all.Rather, if you want to enjoy the mountains and the sea, I think it's just right in the middle of each location.It was also convenient to have 3 drug stores and very delicious Italian food right next door.There are private houses next door, so it's not suitable for people who want to make noise at night, but I think it's the best environment for those who just want to relax after playing during the day.

This is one of our best Airbnb's ever. It is spacious and comfortable with beautiful wood furnishings and walls, and everything you could ever need for a stay in Yakushima. The beds are comfortable, the bath is great and the shower is terrific. The location is near the Hirauchi outdoor onsen, the A-Coop grocery store, and the sunny end of the island. There were even special bath cloths for women to use in the onsen. You pretty much need a car, especially if you plan to hike in the beautiful Yakusugi forest, which is a drive. Noboru is great host, quick to respond by email and helpful and kind in unexpected circumstances.
