Monthly Rentals in Yakaköy

Staying in Erkans’s beautiful hillside house is so restorative and restful. There are beautiful walks, lovely friendly dogs, sensational surroundings and utter tranquility. The house is unique and a little quirky but we found it comfy and welcoming. We loved how it flooded with natural light by day and we could see the stars from our bed at night. Heavenly!! Erkan and Feza were such helpful and kind hosts.

It was a magnificent stay, I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, and I felt like you were in your own home.

This beautiful apartment was great. My girlfriend and lived here for 5 months, during my exchange. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony was lovely, especially because you have the morning sun. The view is stunning from the balcony. The location is ideal, 4 minutes walk to the metro, easily accessible from the airport, and the bustling Bornova district is next to the apartment. Under the building you have all the restaurants you need, the cheapest cocktail place of Izmir, and a nice supermarket. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, and they respect your privacy. I recommend this apartment for everyone who wants to stay overnight in Izmir!

It was a great stay experience, we enjoyed it a lot. Everything was 4/4, whether it was the location or the comfort of the house. They were very caring and relevant hosts. This will be our choice for our Izmir stays for our next visits.
