Monthly Rentals in Yachimata

Great host! Drove us from the train station to the Airbnb as it would have been a 1 km walk with our luggages. Also woke up early just to drive us to the airport in time. Super friendly as well! Shared with us about his life stories and we had great conversations.

This was our first time in Japan, and we brought our 2 large dogs. The host, Yu, was incredibly responsive and kind! For example, we had luggage shipped to this Airbnb, and Yu helped immensely with being the point-of-contact and even waiting for its arrival when we were not at the house. Our dogs loved the spacious outside area, and it was easy to keep them off of the tatami mats and beds because those rooms were separated by doors. The interior and exterior showed a beautiful, more traditional Japanese house. The beds were raised and comfortable, and the blankets/comforters kept us warm. The room heating units also worked very, very well! The free parking on the property was amazing! The house was stocked with plenty of supplies (towels, tissues, toothbrushes, shower supplies, etc.), perfect for our long stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, and it was fun to use the outside BBQ grill. Thank you so much, Yu, for the wonderful stay at your house!

The owner carefully arranged the barbecue equipment, but it was a pity that the owner failed to enjoy the facilities prepared by the owner for too late.

Great hosts. Easy to communicate with and apartment was very clean and spacious. Only thing to keep in mind is if you’re ok with being outside of the metropolitan area, therefore having to travel a minimum of an hour to Tokyo by train. Train station is conveniently only a 7 minute walk, so on the upside if you’re departing from Narita airport the airport station is like 3-4 stops away. Neighborhood is very clean and has very friendly neighbors too.
