Vacation rentals with a kayak in Xul-Ha

Excellent accommodation, it is a house that has everything you need for a pleasant stay, it is for large families, in our case there were ten of us and we fit perfectly. The rooms are very comfortable, the plus is that each one has hammocks for the hammocks, in our case to be more comfortable we brought hammocks and without any problem they gave us a room. Room five has a beautiful view of the lagoon. The kitchen is equipped to make your meals, the refrigerator is spacious enough for your food. The magic part of this house is going down the stairs as it has a private dock, kayaks, lounge chairs and hammocks, most of the time we spent there. Don Pedro welcomed us kindly, showed us every part of the house and helped us with any questions we had. The host Germán was in constant communication. It is definitely a place where we will definitely return. Thank you for letting us stay.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. We had to get a few things like more water and garbage bags but other than that it was lovely. Very private and the huge tree was great for shade. Lots of birds and iguanas hanging around.

Beautiful and quiet, excellent location. We used the kayaks every day and enjoyed the hammocks in front of the Lagoon. The loft-style home setup was great for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). We’d love to go back again one day!

We stayed for 3 unforgettable days, 6 people and a baby were comfortable, the kayaks and bicycles were very useful, the kitchen was very well equipped, the location was perfect near the center of Bacalar. Access to the lagoon made it a great experience, we entered the lagoon at all hours, the incredible sunrise from the kayak Landy was very helpful, she was flexible with the check-in time, and she was helpful at all times. definitely going back

A beautiful place, if you want to go and disconnect from real life and connect with nature is the perfect place, I highly recommend it, the very good tension of the people who welcomed us. That yes, try to take everything because it is something far from the center of Bacalar, but 100% recommended.

Beautiful location with private lagoon access. We spent most of the time outside. Everything is arranged in this way. (Palapa, Hammocks, sun loungers, canoes, barbecue etc.) Air conditioning in the rooms is essential at night, given the temperatures :) The host is very responsive to any questions or issues. We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful place. A real little paradise!

Unfortunately, my stay at Juan's house was very short due to a problem with the CFE. We understood that it had nothing to do with Juan, and yet he provided a great solution to the problem. Landy, Juan and Mr. Silvestre's service was a 10! It's a beautiful, comfortable and private house, a great option when visiting Bacalar! I hope to return soon and have the opportunity to stay there again!

The hubby and I absolutely loved our stay! We loved the privacy and beauty of this place. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the palapa and star gazing on our balcony at night. This place oozes charm and I was so sad to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone who works there is so friendly and very helpful. The food in the little restaurant is made with love, always consistent, and very delicious! The views from our room were stunning! The location is a bit remote but the hotel offers taxi communication right from the start, and it is very reliable. The room was also well protected from mosquitos, which was pleasantly surprising. We loved this little, Mexican family-owned spot.

What a magical place - surrounded by the jungle on one side and the laguna on the other, it is truly secluded. The cabaña is beautifully made, and the communal area is welcoming and cozy. The presence of a SUP and kayak was the icing on the cake! The only downside is the terrible state of the access road - don’t try it with a regular car!

It is a totally recommended place, for its service and attention of all the people who work there, they also provide you with support in everything and recommend places to visit and restaurants to enjoy good food.

The place is very nice, has direct access to the lagoon, the small and comfortable cabin with its own balcony and spectacular treatment in addition to being pet friendly, the pier is shared with other guests.
