These spaces are located in the upper part of the property with a spectacular view and private parking. The house has a closed surveillance circuit in the common areas and enjoys total privacy. Possibility of rentals of Boat, Kayak, Jet ski as well as the amenities such as Ping Pong, use of barbecue, reservation of time.

The space is a separate guest house that shares a garden and parking with a residential house inhabited by the host family.
