We had a very good week, the fractionation is very good and with many amenities. The house is very comfortable and functional, in addition to being very nice. It just takes a bit of maintenance (water leak in the main bedroom) but from there everything is perfect with the house. As for the fractionation, an inconvenience with the provisions of the administration and that there are owners who, in a dissent and arbitrary way, did not comply with the indication. I mean the use of the hot tub. Overall GREAT experience and I would definitely come back.

Maricela was very attentive and was willing to receive us before the scheduled time. The house is very nice and comfortable, and can be enjoyed both inside and outside. The fact that the pool is warm is a great plus, since you can be in the pool without being cold and you can enjoy it more. I went with my family, the house is huge and well maintained, easy to get to from Mexico City, the beds are very comfortable, I paid for the boiler and it was warm, even the next day, lots of kitchen utensils, a game room. And communication with Michell is very good, I definitely recommend it, my family and I had an amazing time :D

The house was super clean, the sheets smelled very nice (like fabric softener) and they give you a towel service. Lolita is very friendly at all times. The mattresses, the refrigerator, the stove are new, Although the refrigerator should be in the kitchen, it would be more practical. The only thing is that a single fan per room is suffocating. The temperature was 38 and 40 thermal sensation, the nights are very hot, it would be worth two large fans, it would be the only thing, the pool super super clean. Recommendation: Arrive with food, water, lots of water, there is a grill if you want to bring charcoal. There are no stores nearby. Chedrahu is 20 minutes away by car. Everything was very good, I would definitely come back :)

Our experience with Carmen was very pleasant, she was always attentive before and during our stay. The house is small but the bedrooms are spacious, we spent most of the stay in the garden which is very spacious and comfortable, the temperature of the pool is very pleasant considering that in Morelos the water is very cold. The only detail to take into account is that the stairs of the house are very small and my parents could not climb them, but one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor so they could be quite comfortable there. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Thank you so much!
