Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Xinyi District

Staying at Candice’s felt like staying at a good friend’s home. Everything was as pictured & described (even better in our opinion). Getting around the city was no problem as public transportation was close, reliable, & plenty! We loved how walkable the area was & discovering local gems around Xinyi. We really made ourselves at home there because of the comfortable/spacious room, clean bathroom, convenient washer/dryer, & fully equipped kitchen that I was able to make several meals in. Candice & her roommate went out of their way to help us settle into the space & have some wonderful memories together. There was even Bao, Candice’s sweet cat, who made it so nice to be home on days we needed to rest. Candice was so accommodating, friendly, & kind—her home really felt like a highlight of our stay. We are so grateful for our time there & feel that we left with friendship & meaningful experiences. We would love to stay at Candice’s again & happily recommend it as a great Airbnb in Taiwan.

We had a lovely stay at this well-located accommodation. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the metro station and about 20 minutes to town, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room and bathroom were exactly as shown in the photos—nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our host was very responsive, replying to our messages quickly. Everything met our expectations and provided exactly what we needed. A couple of things to note for future guests: The building does not have a lift, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up to the third floor. Additionally, flushing toilet paper is not allowed, which is something to keep in mind. One challenge I faced was that the shower tended to run cold towards the end, and unfortunately, I had a cold shower most days during our 10-day stay. However, this wasn’t an issue for my partner, who takes shorter showers than I do. Overall, it was a great stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you!

Nice modern interior design with great amenities. 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station, on the way there are many restaurants and food stalls to check out.

This small suite is fully equipped, the management of the building is also very in place, the location is very convenient, right next to Tonghua Street night market, I often walk past to buy Huang Renxun's favorite fresh cut fruit.U-Bike station downstairs, very convenient for getting around.The host's response is also very timely. The service is very attentive. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Taipei.

Shu Chi’s place is perfect for visiting Taipei City. The location very convenient — the apartment building is a 5 min walk from the MRT station and 10 min walk from Taoyuan airport bus stop. The apartment is cozy for two people but any more guests would be too tight a squeeze.

What a wonderful home. We stayed here for one month and it had everything we needed. The apartment has great storage so although it is small, there are lots of drawers and cabinets. The loft was perfect for my daughter and was her little playroom. Everything is walking distance from this apartment and you can’t beat the view of looking at Taipei 101 while watching g TV, reading, or working.

This unit have good view of the 101 building, when at night when you turn off all the lights and look at the window it really does feel special. the unit is not particularly big, but most definitely enough room for 1-2 person. the unit has everything you need from napkins, towels, washer/dryer, cookware, utensils, and more. being at the top of the floor is pretty cool too, the only complaint I have is the elevators are a bit slow, and walls are a bit thin. you can hear your neighbors if they are a little loud. overall I had a great stay at this location and will come back if this specific listing is available.

Made my week in Taipei :) Super convenient location, comfy tidy room without flashy decoration, and the best host in town maybe. Will definitely come back & stay!

We had an awesome time at Rics place. Taipei is very easy to navigate with the transportation system being incredible and easy to use. So much to explore and enjoy in Taipei.

We were not able to stay at the place due to a sudden death in the family. Once we landed in Taipei, we flew right back to the US. Airbnb didn’t/couldn’t assist since it was within hrs of our booking and we didn’t buy insurance, but the host was very responsive. The rating is based on the responses from the host and we are hopeful that we will be able to stay there another time since the location and place looks amazing in the pictures.

This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

James has been the best host I have in Airbnb. Very responsive, and accommodating to flight delays that my family encounter.

I stayed in this flat on the 10th floor for 1.5 month. Great location, convenient with MRT not too far away and youbike just in front of the building. The apartment is minimalist and practical, which I like. Lots of hidden storage everywhere (under the windows, stairs, sofa, etc). The wifi let me work from the unit without too many problems. Even though I don't speak good Chinese at all, check-in and check-out were great, the host took time to explain everything. The apartment was not spotless clean when I arrived (but okay), and some people might not like sleeping up the stairs in a mezzanine. But overall I would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay and comfortable ~

First of all, I liked that the security in the apartment complex was tight. I couldn't take the elevator without a resident card key, so I was able to travel more comfortably than when using other Airbnb. It was nice to have Carrefour within a 5 minute walk in front of the house, and there was also a shuttle to Tamsui Station, so I didn't have to take a bus or taxi. It only took a 10-minute taxi ride to Warren Martou, so there wasn't much of a taxi fare. I contacted the host on the line and the feedback was very fast. He was kind, and there was plenty of check-in or check-out time. There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and they were all spacious and clean. In fact, there are not many hotels in the Tamsui area, and the location is vague, so it is difficult to find accommodation, but it is better and more spacious than any hotel, so it seems like a very good accommodation for many people to use together.

Perfect stay in great location - especially the rooftop pool with 101 view. Great staff at reception! Angie was always reachable and took care of every single inquiry. Definitely again !!!
