Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

Hemos estado muy agusto, la casa tal cual se describe y está en una zona muy tranquila. Nuestro anfitrión, Antonio, muy amable y atento a todas las preguntas que le hicimos. muy recomendable

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia in Carmen’s house. It was clean. Communication with Carmen was easy with quick responses. Easy access to the apartment. Good thing we could park in front of the house for free. It is located about 25 minutes walk from the old town.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa que tiene todo lo necesario, es muy bonita y cómoda. las zonas comunes de la urbanización también se veían muy cuidadas. La estancia ha sido muy agradable, camas cómodas, cocina equipada y zona tranquila. repetiremos!

El piso es impecable, limpio y cómodo. Lucie nos ayudó y comunicó mucho con nosotros. Lo recomiendo.

Heerlijke buurt; hier wil je nooit meer weg ;-). Het geweldige terras aan de ene kant en het schattige balkonnetje aan de andere zijde. En stap je de deur uit dan sta je meteen in de leukste wijk van Valencia.

Byt s prostornou terasou je umístěn vedle parku a hned vedle domu jsou kola což je pro nás k cestování ve Valenciii bylo důležité. Par metru od domu jsou potraviny a několik baru a restaurací. Do centra nebo na pláž je to taxíkem velmi rychle. Doporučuji.

A beautiful apartment in fantastic peaceful location to explore Valencia. Very spacious inside with clean bathrooms and comfy beds. The outdoor space at the back is a beautiful extra too. Mirko is a very responsive host and helped us get checked in. There was a beer each waiting for us in the fridge which was a very thoughtful touch. Thanks for a great stay.

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

L’appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Le calme prédomine. La mer est toute proche ainsi que les lignes de bus. Proche de Valencia centre accessible aussi par vélo. A recommander, sommes restés 5 nuits.

Thank you, Mirko! Our stay was delighful. Location close to so much, yet quiet and away from the crowds. Supermarket and vegetable stands nearby, as well as cafés for a break. The city of Arts and Sciences and Turia Park really make the city! Loved the private terrace and after a day exploring the city, chilling in the hammock was bliss! Very well equipped kitchen - we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. We had a challenge w the coffee pot on the 2nd day (user error - left coffee grounds on the barcode sensor!) but Palomar showed up within the hour with a new machine!! so sweet and responsive. Mirko met us despite our late arrival and was full of good information and recommendations. Definitely recommend. THANK YOU.

Die Unterkunft von Rubén war wirklich schön und modern eingerichtet – genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles war gut ausgestattet und leicht zu finden. Ideal für ein paar Tage, um Valencia zu entdecken. Die Lage ist besonders praktisch: Sie liegt zwischen Strand und Altstadt – beides nicht direkt ums Eck, aber gut erreichbar. Wenn man möglichst viel von Valencia sehen möchte, ist die Lage perfekt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man sogar zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns das authentische Umfeld: Die Nachbarschaft ist typisch spanisch und wenig touristisch – so bekommt man einen echten Eindruck vom Leben in Valencia. In der Umgebung gibt es auch einige tolle, einheimische Restaurants mit sehr gutem und gleichzeitig preiswertem Essen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ha sido una estancia fenomenal, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Respecto a la zona nos ha parecido muy accesible y bonita, estaba a 10 min en coche del puerto, 30 min de valencia!! A destacar que teníamos barbacoa a la cual le dimos mucho uso y para nuestro gusto lo mejor de la estancia. El anfitrión en todo momento ha sido muy resolutivo y atento con nosotros, desde luego nos parece que merece totalmente la pena y más cuando hace buen tiempo. Lo único que podría mejorar es que no hay wifi como él indica claramente en el anuncio y para estancias largas vendría bien.

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

We, family of 4, stayed at the apartment. It’s perfectly located, just 5 min walk to a supermarket, local bus stand and to the beach. Antonio is super responsive and helpful. Top of everything, the apartment contains many things that you would find very useful e.g, beach umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets etc. Kitchen is full of utensils. Great place to stay and relax.

Comfortabel appartement vlakbij het strand. Binnen 5 minuten lopen sta je op de boulevard, met een grote keuze aan restaurants en strandtentjes. Appartement heeft een erg fijn balkon met uitzicht op zee, waar je ‘s ochtends heerlijk kunt ontbijten en ‘s avonds een wijntje kunt drinken.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken waren, nach anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, über Maria und dem Co Juan komplikationslos. Dank digitaler Übersetzer. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Backofen war defekt und verursachte Kurzschlüsse. Das wurde sehr gut von Juan gemanagt. Die Wohnung wurde kurzfristig mit einem nagelneuen Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 12 Tage und Nächte wohl gefühlt. Danke
