The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them was excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

The apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurants and the beach, everything is within walking distance. free parking on the street or nearby side streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Sławomir and Celso were amazing hosts! Sławomir welcomed us so graciously and explained everything thoroughly in the house. They thought of everything a guest might need and accommodated. The home is adequately stocked with needs like towels, toiletries, umbrellas and the kitchen was not lacking for anything! Sławomir checked in on us and offered wonderful recommendations to help ensure we maximized our stay in Valencia!

Fantastic apartment with an amazing host! Natalia was very responsive to messages and helped us with an additional nights stay due to the fire at Heathrow. The apartment was as described and was perfectly located to enjoy Valencia city centre and Las Fallas festival. Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

Apartment with all the essentials and very new. We found everything in perfect condition and it worked properly. The location is good, on the ground floor of a development with great common areas for children, and next to the beach. Maria Jesus was very kind both at check-in and check-out.

A very good direct welcome from Antonio accompanied by an appreciated aperitif. Full accommodation (kitchen and bathroom supplies are an example of the kind) very clean with the beach and shops accessible in a few minutes while having direct access to the Valencia road without forgetting public transport We would highly recommend.

The accommodation is phenomenal, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Antonio Luis's treatment is great, very nice and attentive. Everything was clear upon arrival and explained everything phenomenal, in addition to being very flexible!

Comfortable, quaint & would stay again.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
