Monthly Rentals in Wynyard, Sydney

Frank was an amazing host and communicated very well. The place was in an excellent location and looked better than the pictures. I would highly recommend staying there and would be happy to recommend Frank’s pace.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location can't be bested for transport links - tram at the door of the building, Wynyard station across the road, buses nearby and ferries from Barangaroo and Circular Quaya short walk away - and there are groceries and numerous coffee and eating options nearby. There were a couple of issues, mostly small, but the staff at Alexi Stays were incredibly responsive, including late at night, and did their utmost to resolve them. Gold stars! The lock box with the keys may be a bit challenging for people with mobility or vision problems, as it is down at ground level. Other than that, it's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Apartment was exactly as described and the location was fantastic for anyone needing to be right in the centre of Sydney. Hosts were responsive, friendly, and informative. Would stay here again!

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.
