Monthly Rentals in Wynola

My husband and I have stayed at Cherri's Country Cottage many times over the past several years. We clearly love it as there are many accommodation options in the area! Our favorite things: the spectacular sunrises, the separated living area so my husband, the early bird, doesn't disturb my beauty sleep, lots of walking/hiking options, the outdoor picnic table where we play our Rummikub matches, and finally, Cherri is the sweetest and is very responsive and flexible wheverever possible. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, private with a breathtaking view. The sunrise can be seen from the living room and the bedroom. Even better, the balcony connecting the two has seats for leisurely enjoying the views. Will definitely be visiting in the future

Stone Apple Farm was a haven for our family and provided the rest we didn’t realize we were so badly in need of. The property is huge and the daffodils were in bloom. Inside felt like a glorious step back in time; music and reading filled our days. It was spectacular. If you are a planner, heads up: there’s no tv and no dishwasher. We didn’t miss the tv, but if you plan to make a lot of your meals, bring paper goods or be ready to wash dishes! Also the acorn woodpeckers are busy at work and they start at first light. Bring ear plugs, white noise machine, or whatever unless you are a sound sleeper. These weren’t drawbacks for us- they contributed to the “step back to a simpler time” vibe and we loved every minute of it. Imagine seeing your teens out on a swing and not having their eyes glued to a screen. Thank you for preserving the O’Dells’ expansive library and sharing it with us, Mary.
