Top class 5 star accommodation, lovely place. Felt like home whilst working away. Sarah really nails the "excellent service philosophy" from initial contact, legendary welcome pack (previous reviews mention it but it really is something else). Ginger cottage was well decorated, spotless had all amenities you could need, warm, bright excellent. Contact/communication throughout my stay was really open and friendly,always welcome, helpful never intrusive but reassuring feeling of nothing being to much trouble. There is a garden outside which in spring and summer would be a lovely addition to the space. Unfortunately storm Darragh made using the garden immpossible🤣 Brilliant ace brilliant service brilliant host !

Adam and Katy’s place was lovely and clean with a homely feel. The surrounding area was quiet and pretty with the garden being well maintained and simply lovely. There was plenty of room inside which had all the amenities we required! Adam and Katy were great, gave clear instructions on how to find the accommodation and were very responsive. Lovely place and good value for money!

This is the second time we have stayed at Diane's apartment, and it is an excellent place to stay for a short break in Chester. It is a lovely, extremely well furnished apartment with a very comfortable bed. It is in a lovely peaceful area by the canal, within a very short walking distance of the centre of Chester, with all its shops, places to eat and drink, and interesting places to visit. Diane and her partner Martin are exceptional hosts, responsive and friendly communicators who were able to offer us a flexible check-in. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and we will certainly be back.

our stay in the apartment was nothing short of exceptional. If you think you like the look of the photos, you will be blown away in person as the photos (as gorgeous as they are) don't do it justice! The apartment is in a beautiful, historic building - without being dated. The apartment itself has such stunning character about it - never mind the views from the windows. There is a toilet + bath room with a SEPARATE shower room so you and your travel companion can use facilities at the same time. The furniture, bedding and decor are all so complimentary to each other, and the mattress on the bed was inarguably the most comfortable I have ever experienced in my life. The apartment and hosts surpassed all expectations, making leaving all the more difficult. There were so many lovely touches throughout (no spoilers! 😉) and the hosts made it there business to give us the warmest welcome anyone could imagine. I can't recommend anybody more - staying here was utter perfection.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment located within a 10/15 minute easy flat walk to the centre of Llangollen. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen has everything you would need for self catering and the welcome pack in the fridge was very well received thank you. Lots to do in the area and places to eat nearby. We would recommend The Corn Mill, Fouzi’s Italian, Liberty Tavern and Bistro Lafant. Communication from Grant and Tanya was excellent. Great base for exploring Denbighshire. Lyn and Marc

Very peaceful location, spent hours in the garden listening to nothing but faint animals sounds in the distance. It was very calming and private. Inside was perfect. No issue with anything very comfortable all round. Short drive to a village nearby and 20 minute drive to a larger town with plenty of things to do there. I couldn’t believe that all the reviews on this listing are five stars but now i can see why. We really want to stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Llandudno in Damian’s Nautical apartment. It was just as expected and was really close to all amenities. It was lovely to have a bottle of wine and biscuits left for us to enjoy. We found it a great base for exploring too. I would highly recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable stay right in the centre of Llandudno. Thank you very much Damian. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Llovely stay at Natashas place. Gorgeous accommodation and beautiful surroundings especially the sheep and view. Loved the balcony to sit out on as I love to sit outside in the fresh air. Me and my husband will definitely be back again soon. Thanks Natasha for a fantastic stay 😃

We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely Airbnb! The place was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal for us as a family. The Welsh Mountain Zoo was just 5 minutes away, which my daughter absolutely loved, and Llandudno beach wasn’t far either — perfect for a day out in the fresh sea air. It was also nice and quiet in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after busy days exploring. Check-in was smooth and the host was friendly and helpful throughout. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy, convenient family getaway in North Wales!

I live on an Island off the West Coast of Canada. It takes 2 days + to get to Chester UK. I knew communication was going to be spotty at best so I asked for check-in details prior to departure. They never came. I arrived at the apartment after 2 days of traveling unable to gain access. Because of sim card issues I could not 'phone for access details. Suggest you waive the 24 hour access check-in under certain circumstances.

We loved our stay at Olivers place. It smelt so clean as you came in and made for the perfect weekend away. The car park was a life saver. It took some time to find, but we were really happy with the location, recommendations and cleanliness of the flat as a whole. Would definitely stay again!

Large spacious apartment for 2, located very central for pubs restaurants and the seafront but on a quiet road.Great value for money.

The flat is beautiful and clean and comfortable. The shower is the best shower I have ever used in my life. The bed was really comfortable and all the rooms were very airy and bright. The property was very well thought out with lovely gestures like salt and pepper, cleaning products and treats for dogs - my partner forgot his beloved coffee but thankfully Jennifer had kindly supplied some. The garden space is very pretty and relaxing. Parking right outside was very helpful and the whole place just feels very safe. The area itself is lovely and peaceful, with the sounds of birds (and gibbons) outside. There's a nice woodland walk just metres from the property and it's about 15 minutes walk from the shops and pubs and the sea front and also on the same road as the brilliant Welsh Mountain Zoo. It was helpful to just leave our car there and walk where we needed to go and catch a bus to Llandudno for the day. Jennifer kindly checked in to check everything was okay, great host thank you

Clare and Roger were wonderful hosts. They greeted us on arrival and were at pains to point out they they were available to deal with any problems -there were none. The apartment really was a ‘spacious home from home’. All the facilities were very good quality. It was ideally situated for local sightseeing.

Such a fantastic stay just a few minute walk from the Center of Shrewsbury. The place feels like a home rather than empty shells most companies buy up. Would recommend to anyone!

Just spent a lovely few days in this cosy little annex and couldn't have asked for better hosts! The place was immaculately clean throughout, and the kitchen had everything needed and despite being compact had a really well thought out layout. The underfloor heating was also nice to come home to in the cooler evenings. The bathroom was also pristine. What really made the stay special though was Lowri and Nick's hospitality. They thoroughly deserve their 5 stars and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Genuinely lovely people who were always responsive to any issues I had and very knowledgeable about places to see and go to in the surrounding area. A big thank you to Ev as well for the tasty brownies - these were a lovely treat for my hikes! The annex is perfect if you want somewhere comfortable and well-equipped with hosts who actually care about making your stay brilliant. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.

Place is absolute stunning! The home is in a prime location in the heart and center of the beautiful little town of Conwy. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay!

This was a warm, well equipped place to stay. Perfect for a short getaway near Snowdonia. It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for an air bnb get away. We can’t fault it anywhere. The hosts were great, gave lots of information and easy to get hold of. It’s short walking distance to a number of grocery shops and a leisure centre. Would highly recommend.

What a delightful apartment this is. I almost don't want to write a review because I want to keep this little gem to myself. Jacqui has worked very hard to provide every essential and more in very tasteful surroundings. Centrally located only 10 minutes from the railway station. Everything you need in the charming town of Llandudno.
