Extremely happy with our stay, Jemina was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Was also able to cater for our 5 year old boy which was amazing! He immediately walked in and told us what he loved about the place, which made us feel more at ease knowing he was happy and felt safe in the new environment! Ideal location, with shops, a pub and some eateries right on the door step. We cannot fault our stay here and will certainly be returning if we are back in the area. A lovely modern home with all the amenities you could want. Next to a railway line but the occasional train was not a problem. A peaceful location with quiet neighbours and lovely birdsong!

Just had a great stay at Clive’s place, clear instructions before arrival. Clive was very welcoming and helpful, accommodation was brilliant, everything you needed to make you feel at home, there were some reviews saying the shower was a bit small, Clive had picked up on this and had installed a lovely walk in shower. Plenty of local facilities in walking distance including dog friendly pubs, take aways, convenience stores etc. Will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our short stay. Perfect location for visiting our son at the university of Hull. Found the neighbourhood nice and quiet which was just what we wanted. Thank you.
