Reggie was very kind, helping with early check in, planning birthday surprises, and making sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect size for our family of 4, and easy to get to everything from two nearby stations.

Thanks for a great time in NW London! I loved the bright, spacious, nicely furnished, comfy and recently renovated apartment in a small and picturesque side street in Belsize Park. The photos are no exaggeration, this is a place to feel at home immediately. Close to the underground/bus station, shops nearby. Very friendly owner and very helpful contact. Immediate help when (rarely) something was not working.

Great location, close to Kings Cross. Loved the space and would absolutely stay again when in London.

We had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Fernando was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The place itself was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

We had a great vacation at Brett’s place, conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed walking to Katherine’s Dock for coffee and food. The home is well maintained, everything is equipped. We three of us enjoyed privacy with plenty of spaces!

Three of us stayed 1 week at this flat. Location was absolutely wonderful. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Westminster, Buckingham, Big Ben, Piccadilly, London Eye, Theater district and many more spots. Embankment tube station was 2-3 blocks away and was easy access to everywhere. Ovidius was responsive and the place was clean and as advertised. The space is sparsely furnished but furniture was adequate. The beds were a bit hard for our liking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The building is gorgeous and so is the apartment. Great location in the perfect neighborhood! Lots of shopping and restaurants without the crazy crowds!

Classic English cottage, dreamy location. Literal steps from a fantastic playground, running path along the Thames, amazing pubs, bus stop and grocery. Short walk to 2 train stations (we prefer Kew stop - adjacent to amazing local bakery and coffee shop!). Easy to get to all sites, and come back to a quiet and restful home with lots of space. We stayed with our 2 young boys (7 and 3) who loved the big bathtub and recliners for movie night after a day of tourist-ing! We felt safe and comfortable in the home. It was as described in the listing. Our host Suzie was extremely kind and responsive - she was proactive in offering ideas and recommendations. This is her home (not just a rental), so it's well loved and kitchen is stocked (admittedly, we mostly dined out). My boys left behind a few stuffies which she found and offered to send back... small act that matters a lot. We highly recommend!!

The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

We had a wonderful stay- very comfortable, had everything we needed, felt very private, beautiful garden. The food was a thoughtful and welcome touch. Great access to transport. Eclectic neighborhood, we had fun finding some really special cafes and restaurants in the area- Broccoli had the best breakfast we have had in a long time. We enjoyed having hot water bottles for a cozy bedtime. Very warm, homey, and local. Sinead was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended

Fantastic stay. John (& Biscuit) made us feel at home on arrival. Our 3 kids loved it. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. The location was better than we could have hoped…I didn’t know the area well but it was perfect for central London. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again. Thanks!

June's place was absolutely spot on. We used it as a landing pad to get in and out of Central London for a weekend. Four generations of my family stayed at the same time (12 people aged 8 months to 81 years) so it was important for us to have space to spend time together and also that we had access to our space in case we'd had enough of each other😂. The house is lovely and met our needs perfectly; really homely and well furnished🏡. Also perfectly placed for jumping on the tube which is just a 5 min walk 🚇 Jubed called around to see us before we left and it was great to meet him - he's such a helpful and fantastic host. Thank you so much ❤️

The flat was lovely and exactly as pictured. We stayed a full week and it had everything we could have needed. It was in a great spot near many cafes, shops and restaurants. Naj was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend it.

Overall, exactly what was represented from the photos which is always a plus. Appreciated how clean, organized and well put together the place was. My only note is the check-in is a bit... laborious. You have to find the lockbox which is across the street not super obvious. And then the locks and keys are sticky, difficult to get used to. Other than that, great stay, would recommend to others.

The place was lovely, homely and had a historic feel to it. A lot of thought was put into what we would need. From a spice rack, movie collection, to adapters....it was all there. Andrea's instructions on what to do around London became our go to plan. The tube is a 5-8 min walk so very well connected. Tesco is right there for groceries. Special thanks to Jan for receiving us at the Liz line and helping us checking in inspite bein 2 hrs late. She was really nice. We took her suggestion and took the thames clipper.

I really enjoyed my stay here because there were lots of restaurants with plenty of variety, public transportation was super close and the places was so comfortable to stay in. I felt very cozy at this flat. It is a bit far from the touristy areas but you won't have trouble getting there if that's what you want to do. I only dealt with AnneMarie, the co-host, who was always quick to respond and come up with solutions. When the wifi went out, she was very responsive in getting it back up again. She also gave very clear instructions for checking in and getting to the place. The place is exactly like the photos with a wonderful shower, a piano and a Bluetooth to hook up your music. You can hear the upstairs neighbors here and there but they aren't loud. And the outside traffic isn't too loud either. I was able to sleep soundly, though I'm used to city noise. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I felt very at home the entire time.

The place was comfortable and clean. It is near the train stations, convenient stores, restaurants. We felt safe at all times. The Tower of London and Tower bridge was a walking distance. My family and I took the train to get to central London and see the other attractions.

Location was perfect for the London marathon. The apartment we were given needs a lot of TLC. The main bathroom especially needs upgrading. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the pool were misleading and it wasn’t available for us to use until 5pm every day due to baby swimming lessons. The sauna was broken so we couldn’t use it.

We enjoyed staying at Nathan's apartment for it's location and inclusions. So close to Arsenal tube station on the Piccadilly Line giving easy access to all the London sites. Nathan was super responsive to queries we had and communication with him was super easy. The bedrooms were a good size with ample room for suitcases and wonderful having windows and doors that open for fresh air. Although we hardly used the kitchen it had all the things needed if we had wanted to cook for ourselves. it was wonderful having a dining table to do the occasional catchup on work while there and this provided great space. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend staying at Nathan's.

Quaint little house in a quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful outdoor garden space. Everything provided, including some food items in the well supplied kitchen.

Jodi's place was as described and a perfect location for our family wedding. It was great to have the park and lido conveniently closeby too. You are sharing Jodie's home and some may find lack of fridge space and amount of personal belongings off putting but we found it to be a quirky and comfortable place to stay. Jodie was also an excellent host giving clear instructions and helping with parking permits.
