Monthly Rentals in Woods Bay

This place is a gem! It was the perfect spot for a solo get away - great workspace area to paint, enough room for my yoga mat. So clean and comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and the bathroom is divine (rain shower head & heater to add extra warmth). The location is also great - 10 mins to Parry Sound and only 15 mins to Georgian Outdoor centre where I xc skied daily. Robert and his dog Chase were great hosts. I’ll definitely be back.

I stayed here for just under 2 months and I had a lovely time. It's right next to a fabulous bookstore and right in the thick of downtown and near the water. Parking was easy, as was check in/out and communicating with Heba. I had a really comfortable stay. Heba is wonderful and so friendly, I loved meeting her!

Had the best time at Matthew’s cottage. Loved the private hiking trails, the sauna, hanging out in the screened in room at night, view right from the deck, lots of space inside. Matthew is super helpful, & responsive. Such a unique & private setting (we & the kids especially loved the little water crossing from the car to the cottage, made it feel like we couldn’t go anywhere and had to “unwind from the hustle of everyday life”, but in reality such a short distance we could go back to the car whenever needed) . We will definitely be back! Thanks for hosting our family Matthew!

Rented a cottage on Woods Bay. It was a beautifully appointed cottage. Probably the best one we have rented in years. Loved all the special little touches. We didn’t have the warmest weather so having the hot tub was a great added bonus. Other than brining our food and clothing -we really needed nothing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Was stunning property. Plenty of games and activitie. The kids were getting so many fish just off the dock - mainly pike and bass. Everyone had a great time.
