Starla’s basement apartment was so peaceful, well thought out, and easy to settle into. My toddler and I stayed here, and she had everything she needed (high chair, Pack’nPlay, toys, and even a sound machine! - which I forgot at home) what was even more impressive, was that there weren’t a bunch of little knickknacks my toddler was able to get into. AND, it still looked and felt tastefully decorated! The King Size bed off the living room was very comfortable and I had no problems falling asleep. Even though the host and her family live in the home right above, I hardly noticed their footsteps. If you’re accustomed to living in an apartment (like I am), I can guarantee you, that your apartment neighbors are much louder - even if they’re incredibly quiet. Staying in this part of Monument amongst the pines was truly a breath of fresh air. Don’t hesitate on booking. Trust me, it’s worth every penny!

We had a girls trip here for 3 days and we all loved the house. It had all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, feminine products and common spices for cooking. It was very clean and organized. John was extremely friendly and thoughtful and his instructions on how to operate things in the house were thorough. The scenery was beautiful and quiet. Deer came right up to the drive way and grazed in the front yard. We saw at least 4 types of birds and walked down to an area called the Marsh. It was definitely a great place to get away for a few days and I would highly recommend this for a group of friends or a family!

Was perfect for what we needed. Close to food and a neighborhood playground. Eric was responsive and made sure our stay was great! Highly recommend this airbnb!
