Second time staying at Stefanie’s place. Such a nice spot: Cute cabin, amazing sunsets, warm lake, friendly neighbours, and long walks along the beach available. Loved my time here!

I was here off-season at the beginning of April with snow covering the yard and the lake frozen. It’s beautiful, serene, and the most silent location I’ve ever experienced. The bed is particularly comfortable, all amenities work, and the view from the kitchen and living room is missed. I did not drink the tap water due to contamination risks common to the area, and hauled in a week’s worth of supplies. Nearest grocery is a 30 min drive. In summer months, there’s a general store open nearby. Phenomenal sunset location! Northern lights too. Eagles perched nearby at dawn and dusk. Really enjoyed my stay!
