An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. We loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. Very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was also in a great location for getting around town. It was about 20 min from the Renaissance Faire and 10 from very good restaurants and grocery stores. A great backyard and communal space too.

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

Perfect Weekend Getaway! It was so peaceful, beautiful & relaxing. The pictures do not do justice on how amazing the house look inside & out. Can't wait to come back again. It was only 5 minute drive to village. I do wish the jacuzzi (spa) was more private, it was in view of the neighbors patio, no trees or anything blocking it. Other than that everything was a dream!

My family had a great, week-long stay at Princess's house in Upland. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt totally safe. This house is a great option for visiting the 5cs which are just a short drive away. If you need anything, Princess is very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all and were very happy. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Great location, right in walking distance of Main Street and plenty to keep you busy. The home itself is very clean and has a beautiful bathroom set up with terrific running hot water. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely book again! :)

Lovely, cozy upstairs unit located just a short walk to a very nice section of beach. Stayed one night on a Saturday and enjoyed every moment. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay again!

Our stay in Blake and Brenda lovely home was great. The apartment is very quiet and nice. It is very well equipped with all the staff you need to cook, and being Italians that means a lot! We even had a barbecue ready to be used Many thanks again to Blake and Brenda

Nice little cabin. Looked a lot bigger on the images. It’s actually quite small but we enjoyed our stay.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness.
