Family-friendly vacation rentals in Wolfsberg

The cottage is, as described, very private and in the middle of the forest. A great retreat. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Anyone who can make a fire has a clear advantage, then it is possible to heat up the hot tub and the stove in the cottage. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep, but our dog slept downstairs without any problems.

We had a really nice, quaint stay here. Everything was exactly as described and we really enjoyed the ability to use the extra facilities at the resort!

A beautiful house in a quiet location, surrounded by forest and nature – an ideal place to escape from everyday life. The house is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and super clean. The yard is spacious and great for hanging out and has amenities for all ages – both children and adults. We especially enjoyed the view and quiet. Any recommendations!

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

The accommodation is perfect! There are all kinds of amenities, enough space and everything is clean. The sauna and jacuzzi are an absolute highlight and very easy to use. The accommodation is super cozy. I can recommend it to everyone.

There were six of us in the beautiful wooden vacation home. It is quietly located about 400 meters above the village of Haus in the Enns Valley. To the rear, the house is located on a meadow and the edge of the forest. Hiking trails pass by a few hundred meters away. An enclosure with fallow deer adjoins. The nearest supermarket Billa is about 7 minutes' drive away in the house. The house are beautifully comfortably furnished. There is a fireplace, sauna and hot tub (to heat yourself). All this gave us a lot of pleasure. The place is ideal for those who seek tranquility and like to be in nature. Communication with Mirko was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We'll be back. Thank you for everything.

The thoughtful gift waiting for us on the table was such a lovely touch—it truly made our stay even more special. The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Although we initially had some concerns about not having a private entrance, we quickly realized that the space was completely separate, and everything was absolutely fine. Great location, clean apartment. The shower cabin was a bit small and a microwave would be awesome, but besides these 10/10!

They kindly gave me check-in instructions. It was so nice to take a walk and jog because it was located right near Lake Bled. I had a comfortable stay with my family before heading out.

Beautiful bright and sunny apartment with balcony, well-equipped, very nice for 4. The village, not far from the lake, is beautiful this spring. Lots of things to do nearby. Laura gave us good food and pastry addresses. Please note that the tourist tax of €3 per person per night is to be paid in addition, as mentioned in the presentation.

Wonderful place to stay, just a short walk away from Hisa Franko. The apartment was lovely, came with a smart TV so it was nice to watch a movie when we arrived on a rainy afternoon. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen well equipped, we enjoyed having a filter coffee in the morning. We used the taxi service which was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Eva's place is beautiful and very well located. The area is full of houses, trees and you hear the birds each morning plus get to see a nice sunrise and sunset. More there is LIDL 3 minutes away so it's more than convenient. If you want to get to the city you can take the bus, 3 minutes from the building, or you can walk, around 20 minutes. I highly recommend Eva's place and we would definitely return.

I really enjoyed the accommodation of Natalija and her husband. It is very large and I lacked nothing. I was warmly received and felt comfortable from the beginning. I especially remember the shelties, which are fascinating with their kind and I loved it right away. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Beautiful house in beautiful, quiet surroundings with its own stream in the garden. The drive is a bit adventurous over a serpentine road, but easily accessible. We felt very comfortable.

The place was homey, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The property is situated in a relatively quiet neighbourhood and within reach of numerous Slovenian highlights by car. The host was also accommodating to our needs, especially since we travelled with a toddler. We highly recommend this place! We consider staying here again the next time we visit Slovenia!

Great place to stay away from the busy area. We found the bikes to be super valuable.

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Dear Ulrike and dear Christian, we felt very comfortable in your apartment, your tips for excursions, sights and restaurants were very helpful. The lakeside resort, supermarket, restaurants and many excursion destinations were very easy to reach by bike and not far away. Your warmth and hospitality was lovely. We had a wonderful time at Trudies place! The location was amazing, with an outstanding view from the bedroom windows. Trudie was very friendly and we felt at home, thanks to her kindness and availability for questions. We can highly recommend staying at this amazing location, will most definitely come back.
