The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. Das Appartment liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hier ist auch die Essecke, ein Sofa und Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Betten (je 2x1 m). Der Balkon ist von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das Großes Meer ist 4 km entfernt. Wiegboldsbur liegt zentral zwischen Norden, Aurich und Emden und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Küste ist in ca 25 km erreichbar.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

Welcome to the apartment "Lütte Stuuv" on the Sommerpolderhof in Krummhörn. Relax in this cozy and quiet accommodation overlooking the surrounding fields. Just 4 km from Greetsiel, you can relax on your own lawn, ride a bike and explore the sights of East Frisia. 6 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs live here and you can bring your dog too. The garden of your apartment is secured with a picket fence.

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor.
