My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location with beautiful views and close to cathedral rock trailhead and chapel of the holy cross. The team was very communicative and responsive and helped with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Fantastic location with lots of amenities included. It’s walking distance to a number of great trails and sights and far enough away from city centers that it’s peaceful. Only downside was extra cold nights made the heated pool not very warm even with the extra cost so just caution for weather when deciding to pay the pool heat fee.

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

This house is amazing. The views, the space, the pool, the location, all of it was fantastic. and Jared and Mitchell are great super communicative hosts. I don't think I waited longer than 10 minutes for a response from them.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! All the things we loved: Reasonable price, great locations (close by to restaurants & activities), beautiful floor to ceiling views of red rocks, super comfortable beds, ended up being able to check in early, lots of extra stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook. Honestly nothing we were unhappy with!

Our stay was amazing! Dawn’s place was very impressive, spacious, and beautiful. The house was very clean and the backyard was one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. The Infiniti pool, hot tub, and grill made us feel as if we didn’t need to leave the air bnb at all. Overall great stay and we will be back!

Great location and home base for exploring Sedona and the beautiful surroundings. The house offers lovely views and plenty of space. Some of the amenities need a little TLC, but that didn’t take away from the experience or our enjoyment of the house. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept great! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Such a great place for our weekend away. Claudine’s place has everything you can think of and typically forget when travelling! The kitchen is well stocked and location is super close to literally everything. Our pup loved the fenced in backyard and it was very quiet with no street noise. The clean dog covers on the sofa were so thoughtful- our dog normally does not sit on the sofa with us so she got treated this weekend! Would definitely recommend!

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

Jill continues to be the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had! Her cabin is our favorite place in all of AZ and we always look forward to our weekends at the 1975. It’s cozy, clean, and so comfortable. There’s lots to do and it’s the perfect getaway from the chaos of life. Jill is responsive, flexible, kind, and so helpful! If you’re on the fence on booking let this be your sign to book the cabin!

Our bad, the home is a little further out than we expected. We also should have double checked that the lakes would be good for fishing, they were all empty or mostly empty. The kids were disappointed but we found other things to do. The bedrooms all had everything you needed and more. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all the equipment to cook up a great meal. We truly enjoyed our stay, the house had all we needed and more. Trevor was very quick to respond and approve our last minute getaway. Would totally consider staying here again when we come up to the Flagstaff area.

Nicole's place was a good value with plenty of room, comfy beds, super soft linens, a working fireplace, and a nice hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. We walked to the main strip (about 10-15 minute walk) which eliminated the need to find a parking spot during a very busy weekend in Sedona. We enjoyed: Pink Jeep Tour Devil's Bridge hike (the trail is largely flat and scenic) arrive by 6:30AM for a parking spot Chapel of the Holy Cross Tlaquepaque Village Shopping Cathedral Rock Bucket list: Hot Air Balloon Tour, next time We would stay at this Airbnb again in the future. Plenty to do, close to everything!

The house and yard were perfect for my stay with my dogs. Yard is clean and very safe, secure which is important to me. The kitchen has all the amenities; living area very comfortable and open. The neighborhood is quiet yet close and convenient to everything in Payson. Danielle was quickly responsive to my requests and questions. I'll definitely look to return to her place when I return to Payson.

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We came for spring break with another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total, ranging from 2 years old to 8 years old. The place was perfect for our group. The kids spent most of their day outside playing near the creek, catching lizards, building sand castles, and enjoying the hot tub. We BBQed almost every night. The house isn't really walkable to easy shopping or dining, but we weren't there for that. We drove to different hiking spots (Grasshopper and West Fork were great for our group - leave the house by 9am or after 2:30pm otherwise traffic is terrible). Walmart delivered to the house and there are three other grocery stores within 15 mins. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this place and hope we get to go back! Thank you for the memories.

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!
