Leon & Britt were very responsive when sending messages and even when I had to call about the water freezing in the one bathroom. We are hoping to visit again. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet.

From beginning to end this was the perfect stay. Traveling with my parents to an Airbnb, can be nerve wracking, as they are quite discerning. To my delight, they couldn't have been more pleased. We got to all stay together, in a home, that felt like we were seeing a real piece of the town. The thoughtful touches, the comfortable beds, and the clear care and love they put into this place is apparent from every angle. After the airlines lost my baggage and delivered it to the Airbnb a day earlier than my check-in, Celeste went out of her way to meet the courier late at night to ensure my belongings were safe. Furthermore, after being out all day during a snowstorm, we came back home to shoveled and salted walk ways. Do not hesitate to stay here for one second. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Winona! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the lake, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The house itself is cozy and well-decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It has that classic Midwestern charm—welcoming, unpretentious, and thoughtfully arranged, like visiting a friend’s home while they happened to be away for the day. The kitchen was well-stocked and great for cooking meals, and the living room was incredibly comfortable for relaxing after a day out. Little details throughout the house made it feel both stylish and lived-in. Overall, a fantastic stay! We’d definitely come back.

Beautifully appointed and decorated small house convenient to everything in Winona. The place was spotless and comfortable, we slept like a log in a quiet neighborhood. The ocassional train going by was soothing not loud. Super comfortable bed. Walking distance to Winona State. Would highly recommend.

The place is nice, quiet and even though the neighbors are pretty close you still feel very private. The only issue I had was the steps leading down to the dock/water area are a bit treacherous and I couldn’t get the elderly in laws down there but it was still a very nice stay and definitely stay again.

Easiest camping ever - pick one of the "glamping tents". Everything was set-up for you. The treehouses looked really cute too. Super beautiful surroundings and I loved that you could stand up in the tents.

Very Clean and quiet cabin, beautiful view of the Whitewater river valley. 35 minutes from Rochester or Winona for places to eat. Or 15 minutes from Elba or Plainview for a few closer places. Abundant nature and wildlife in the area.

I do not have much experience with Airbnb’s. It was my first step into alternative staying from the typical hotel, motel space. It’s a nice setting, clean, well managed place. Allowed for a chance to get some fresh air.

Great weekend! The trail through the wood on the property was a pleasant surprise! Def recommend.

Great location on Wisconsin's west coast. Logan was super responsive. The unit has lots of space. Great view of the Mississippi from the family room. We were very happy with our stay.

My friend, her toddler and I had a great stay! The hike in is indeed pretty steep, we brought everything up in 2 trips and it was very doable, but on the way down after a night of rain was a little slippery. Chelsi explained all of this very accurately in the listing but do heed her warning! The tent was super clean and ready for us, and she offered us a toddler bed which was great. I recommend staying here!

We had a great time and the view from the hot tub was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. The location was excellent—a short drive from the La Crosse Rotary Christmas lights, which we really enjoyed visiting during our (winter) stay. While it was nice in winter, we can imagine it being even more perfect in spring or summer, given its proximity to the river and nearby parks. The hosts were fantastic—they communicated very well prior to check-in and even went the extra mile to repair the a last min issue with the refrigerator in time for our stay. Their attention to detail and effort truly made a difference. We would definitely love to return!

We had a quick, quiet, intimate family Christmas. It was fabulous The pool was a hit with everyone. There was ample space in common areas together. Enjoyed our family time. The hosts make you feel like you're right at home. Very responsive and plenty of info, most comfortable. I felt checking in anywhere.

This is a great spot located between Winona and La Crosse with so many things to do! The Airbnb is located right next to railroad tracks but the host does provide earplugs to help with the noise. The directions were very clear to get to the home. The home was very clean and aesthetic! The host provided many board games and the house had lots to do for a quiet night in. Definitely would come back!
