Windsor Hills, Four Corners vacation rentals

Everything was excellent! Especially the host's attention, she is ready to help, she responds quickly. It is close to Disney parks, supermarket, restaurants, gas station.

Pam’s place was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was perfect to have a space to come back to after long days at the park, and the pool was everything we were looking for. Thanks again Pam for making our trip so magical :)

My husband and I stayed In james apartment with our two children. This was a return trip for us having stayed previously in 2019. We enjoyed our stay just as much this time around. My son and husband are big Star Wars fans so loved the theming of the apartment. Everything was really well maintained and amenities were great. We enjoyed using the clubhouse as well. The location is perfect for visiting all the Disney parks and universal, everything was around a twenty minute drive. James was responsive and helpful to all queries, we hope to return one day soon!

Great house and host was very friendly with clear instructions on check in and check out. Pool was clean and well maintained.

Edney was an amazing host! His communication was quick and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was breathtaking – extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. It far exceeded our expectations! The house was wonderful and exactly as described. It was spacious enough for our big group. Andreanne responded promptly most of the time. Our only negative was the batteries ran out in the keypad and my parents were locked out at night in the (Florida) cold. The management company sent a locksmith who let them in after about 1.5 hours. However, the management company brought the new batteries and dropped them on the porch instead of fixing the keypad. My dad installed the batteries in the keypad so it didn’t happen to the next guests or the cleaners. Andreanne didn’t respond to my messages regarding the lock out or the key pad, but had been responsive prior to that. The battery pad was most likely a fluke, but it showed no signs of issues leading up to that. Otherwise, our stay was great and would recommend.

Stani’s place exceeded expectations! It was clean, well equipped, spacious, and well maintained. It was a quick 30 minute drive to the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. There were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops in the area. The neighborhood was private and felt secure. Stani’s communication was EXCELLENT. We appreciated all of the messages leading up to our stay with instructions and recommendations. The house was stocked with everything we needed for enjoying a pool day, cooking for a large group, and even had laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and some simple condiments. This is rare in Orlando rentals and we really appreciated it! We also loved that there was a grill onsite with no extra charge and the cost for heating the pool and hot tub was all rolled into the cost of the house. We loved it and hope to stay here again!

Bonnie and Sergio’s place was in a wonderful, private, gated community super close to all the Disney parks. Easy to find and was in a super convenient location, close to any and all essential place needed during vacation. The theater room was so nice for the little ones! Spacious house with an enclosed back deck with pool and hot tub. Everything you could ever need and more! We look forward to many more stays!

Thank you Florida Fun. The place was perfect for us. My girls loved the space. The place was very clean, very spacious, well outfitted and decorated. Close to the parks and plenty to eat on our way home. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. If you looking for good value with great space and nice location, this is it. We will be back and we recommend.

Walk in the door of the main house and first thing is “wow.” Spaciousness and high ceilings and the view all the way through to the back windows of the golf course was impressive. Neighborhood very walkable and safe Little traffic within the complex for kids. Nice to have easy driveway parking right out front for unloading. Plenty of space to fit my people. Nicely decorated and not full of a bunch of bling on end tables and shelves that the kids would run into and break. I was not just clean but had a sense of clean, design-wise, with the modern but comfy furniture, giant kitchen island, table surfaces… all that and, again, the spaciousness gives you the ability to breathe! But it still had a homey feel – way better than a hotel setting where we would have all been on top of each other. The cute coffee station was a really nice touch with everything you needed right there in one spot off the kitchen. Because the house is set back on the property it was like a real get-away, and with the guest house, my parents were able to have their privacy and we could have ours – when we needed it. The guest house is exactly what they needed. Separated from main house it is perfect for the grandparents to spend alone time with the kids for a while. But it’s also like a real house by itself! Very open and comfortable – and a great view of the action in the pool and courtyard. Pool is just big enough to enjoy and with the protective fence, you don’t really have to worry about the kids running around in the yard – that was also a nice touch. And even though there’s a Wa Wa right outside the complex gate, for quick lunches and coffee – and gas – we discovered an area ChampionsGate, a suburban community with all the restaurants and shops and places to do errands. About a 5-10 minute drive. Lastly, I really liked the big walk-in shower, and my partner absolutely loved the big tub – all that in the en suite bathroom off the master bedroom. It was out of the way and private –  like our own a retreat spot.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

Noah was super nice & always took the time to answer my questions! His home was just as pictured and very pretty, very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 10 without feeling overcrowded! Definitely would come back!!

The place was gray and located in a good spot between Legoland and the Orlando park. We really enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved all the activities in the house and the themed bedrooms. The pool and spa were excellent after a day of walking around. The neighborhood was nice and hadno complaints and felt very safe. Definitely worth the stay and very clear instructions that were super easy and not over the top like some other places I’ve stayed. We will definitely recommend and say again thank you so much.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We stayed here with 7 other families for a cheer competition. The kids staying ranged in ages from 1 to 12 (boys/girls) and they all loved every space! We were able to watch movies in the theater area, bowled, swam, and used the arcade often! The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which was so nice! The massive TV in the living room was awesome, and the dads had no problems figuring out how to get multiple basketball games going at the same time. There were also plenty of pots/pans for cooking, and dishes/silverware for meals. I will say, if you’re planning on doing dishes or laundry, make sure you bring those detergents, etc or put them on your grocery list. Also, be sure and bring shampoo and conditioner. Some airbnbs include those items and others don’t. This one does not. Obviously not a problem, but just wanted to put it out there for anyone planning what to bring. Ellie was super quick with her responses. Great house!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s air bnb. Ginny was helpful and very responsive. The home is exactly as pictured. We felt safe and very comfortable. The area is a residential neighbourhood. Neighbours are quiet and the area is well kept and felt very secure. We were traveling with 3 children (7,12,13) so we wanted a space that was safe. The home is approximately 35 mins to Universal and 25ish minutes to Disney. They were easy drives and the home was a reprieve from the busy orlando traffic. There are two doors out to the pool. Both had alarms on them and were secured, which was a nice surprise to us that helped us feel more secure with having kids near a pool indoors. The meshed pool was wonderful. Wish we had that in Canada. Pool was clean and a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The home comes with all needed items. We had enough toilet paper, plates/cutlery, paper towel, etc. We did bring our own laundry detergent, but there was some there. Overall- a fantastic stay!

The property was very peaceful & relaxing for our visit. Within walking distance to a pool & playground. Felt very homey & would recommend to families!

This is the second time we have stayed at Michael's house and as always my family had a great time! The house is in a lovely resort community, is clean, on a quiet street, and looks like just the pictures. Michael is a great host and replies in a timely manner with any issues. This will be our go to house whenever we are in the Orlando area!

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

It was a wonderful family vacation with my kids and grandkids and we loved the fact that they had strollers available in the closets which allowed us to walk to the clubhouse with my 6 month old grandson. Cynthia checked on us to see how our stay was going. and how check in went along with our check-out process. we enjoyed the house so much we plan to comeback and get it again. 😊
