Vacation rentals with a patio in Windham County

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

Great stay! My daughter had a competition at the convention center, and this place was perfect—clean, comfortable, and super convenient. Check-in was easy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was just right for a short weekend trip to Providence. Check-in was easy and the local suggestions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Well kept little space. Clean and well decorated. It has charm as was exactly as described. Decently accessible to downtown by car or even by foot. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting.

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Had almost everything an entire family would need for a weekend (or longer) trip. The hosts were very helpful, even letting us check in early since we didn't encounter traffic like we planned for. They allowed us to smoke on the deck but we didn't bring ashtrays, we left for a bit & when we came back, they had put ashtrays on the picnic table for us! The basement was a HUGE hit for all of us, even the 77 year old grandpa we brought with us 😂 Lots of very cool memorabilia down there.

5 stars all around--beautiful and spacious home, super clean and great communication with the owner! We loved the back deck after dinner and looking over a giant mowed back yard space. Highly recommend for others in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay! The historical context of the main house and guest house (1750 House) is very interesting and we loved learning a little about the property. The 1750 House is perfectly appointed and all amenities were as described. We wish we had another day or two to continue to enjoy our stay. We’ll be back!

Great home! Beautiful and clean- super comfortable and Rachael has truly thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and appreciated the easy access to laundry and a gym.

House was great lots to do around the house and inside the house. We came to visit with some young ones and we had a great time. AJ was always responsive and very friendly. We would highly recommend if you are traveling with a family such as I did. We will be back next year to visit our cousins again. Thank you AJ for a great experience.

Our family (two parents, one 8-year-old) had such a perfect week at the Mystic Manor! The house is deceivingly roomy and so comfortable. The backyard is private and magical and perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. We basically didn’t have to get in our car for a week— if you like walking to EVERYTHING this is the place for you!!

Great quiet home away from crowds Adorable back yard

This was a beautiful Air bnb. The details in every room made the stay enjoyable and were beyond what I was expecting. The Villa was stocked with supplies which was appreciated for some who forgot last minute items. To go toothbrush/ tooth paste, hair supplies, towels, etc. The kitchen with coffee (huge plus), beautiful decor, great location. Erin was very responsive, was always such a help. I would highly recommend and would be glad to stay again.

Will definitely be repeat customers when we come back to CT to see friends and family. The place is exactly as described, spotless and was a home away from home. Elizabeth answered any questions quickly. Thank you for making our first experience with Air Bnb a positive one.

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Super cool villa so close to Mohegan. Beds were very comfortable and it was the easiest check in and entry! Loved the decor and vibe of the place!
