We rented Scott's condo for an 80th birthday celebration for my mom. There were four of us ladies and we had the best stay! It was clean, spacious, well-appointed and the location is wonderful for shopping and sight seeing. Would definitely stay again!

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location and Scott was our host. Another fabulous visit and wonderful location. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Colonial Williamsburg area, a great home away from home.

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

Beautiful place and community. Perfect place for us to rest and relax as a family after long days at Jamestown and Busch Gardens and the community offered back-up options in case the weather didn’t cooperate. The host was great! Will definitely stay again

Scott has hosted us a number of times over many years. On this trip I reached out to him in advance and as always he was very responsive and took great care of us! Powhatan has been consistently outstanding. It's simply a very nice property.

My family and I have stayed at the Barclay Towers in the past only this time we ran into a snafu when I booked the wrong dates! Jessica was able to secure me a beautiful room for the dates I wanted with ease! I am so grateful, and we will definitely be back!

Our first experience with an AIR BNB was amazing, thanks to Jessica! Her communication was beyond wonderful! The room rented fulfilled everything that was promised and when a concern arose early on she gave the best advice on how to handle the situation. If/when given the opportunity to work/rent from her again I strongly look forward to doing so!

Had a great stay at William’s place! Although we were in a unit that hadn’t been renovated, it was still amazing! Our unit was clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! Beware this time of year the pollen is killer in this area and we were not prepared lol Kitchen could’ve used a few more pots and pans but we made it work. Concierge service was great and fast. Indoor pool and space surrounding was very clean. You can definitely tell they’re making many improvements for the better to an already great place! Outdoor pool wasn’t open yet but is beautiful. Definitely try out Rocco’s smokehouse grill a short drive away, soood good! We were in town due to my husband’s work and will return if he’s still in the area throughout the summer!

We had so much fun on our trip. We felt safe in our apartment which was beautifully equipped. The host was kind and responsive, and everything from booking to checkout went smoothly. I have not one negative thing to say. The area is so exciting, and there is a bounty of things to do! Grand!

Everything went as smooth as expected. It was clean centrally, located, and easy to find . We have already discussed going back in the future. Jessica was friendly and easy to contact when needed, and very responsive. At this location, the staff was amazing. Desmond works at the front desk and gave us an amazing suggestion for dinner and Quinn also works at the front gave me a suggestion for breakfast. Both were amazing and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant five nights while we were there I believe it was called 21st Street Seafood Company.
