Place is super nice with all the modern amenities and everything was placed so neatly . walking distance to the beach is awesome

Excellent spot! This is the second time I have stayed in Portsmouth for a concert at the Norva, the ferry service is great ($4.50 round trip per person, cash only) and just a short walk away! We also have come to enjoy Still, a small upscale tapas and cocktail bar right next door. So, the area is great, and the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook burgers and breakfast in the kitchen! Great spot and a great deal!

Monica and her husband David were excellent hosts. They were both VERY responsive when messaging and were close enough to pop in when we had a minor issue. The home felt welcoming and warm and the kids were able to be themselves. I would definitely stay with Monica and David again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Chesapeake, VA Beach, Norfolk & Portsmouth area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that we were able to park and walk everywhere. The location was fantastic.

Great place to stay. I’m sad I didn’t get to enjoy the surrounding area more since I only stayed a night, definitely worth staying here if you are looking for more than one night.

Quaint cottage really describes this place! The neighborhood is quiet and safe with plenty of walkable streets and a park at beginning of area. The cottage was well equipped with kitchen supplies, coffee, snacks and water in fridge. Bathroom was spacious, with plenty of towels and body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Bed was firm but the convertible sofa solved this problem. Married for over 30 years so sleeping apart was not an issue😁 this place was a good choice to have a relaxed vacation-not in the hussle of boardwalk but totally close enough to be at beach in less than 15 minutes. Shawn also had beach chairs, towels, mat, picnic basket and umbrella to use when at water front. Would recommend for a great place to stay in Virginia Beach. Thanks Shawn

Carrie is a great host who communicates well! The home was very comfortable, good parking, good privacy and very accessible to the beach! Would so stay here again!

My husband and I were in town for a brief overnight, and Leo’s place was the perfect choice for walkability and comfort. It’s in the historic old town neighborhood of Portsmouth, just a few block to the ferry to Norfolk, or great restaurants in downtown Portsmouth. We had delicious pizza at High Street snd beers at cool brewery, Post Secondary Brewing. If we had wanted to cook, Leo’s kitchen was well equipped. Cute studio apartment vibes with an electric fireplace. Love the visit!

A great deal, for the money- you won’t beat it. A very comfortable, and cozy apartment with plenty of space- you could almost get lost! I enjoyed the colorful interior, and peaceful neighborhood- Gail’s place is a must see!

The Cottage was well kept and had all the amenities needed for a week at the beach. Location was peaceful and a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Phoebus is a hidden gem and Peter’s place is a great way to spend a few days exploring the area. Ft Monroe, the beaches and the restaurants bars and breweries. We felt at home the moment we walked in to Pete’s. It’s perfect and he has everything you could need ready for you. It was a great weekend. Thanks for making feel at home.

Beautiful apartment in a great location! Brittany was very informative and gave us all the info we needed for check in/our stay which made the process a breeze. The apartment itself looks just as pictured, and included such thoughtful little touches like complimentary k-cups, snacks, and bottled water. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Portsmouth area!

We came for our son’s graduation for A-School in the Coast Guard. The apartment is above a garage that is separate from the owners home. It is in a great location. It was also very peaceful and cute. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It smelled and looked clean. We would stay here again.

Cynthia was very accommodating about a last-minute situation that came up on our end. Her place is convenient to all things Williamsburg.

Once you get through the time share business at check in the stay is excellent!!!! Facility is amazingly clean and updated compared to other places in Williamsburg. Very very wonderful!

I love Williamsburg resorts . This was one very peaceful , beautiful , quiet and clean . I’d definitely recommend going to governors green resort. The host was also helpful and responded in an adequate amount of time . I will revisit again for sure .

We were very pleasantly surprised with the value of the place. It matched the description and met our needs for our stay. Elizabeth and as very quick to respond when booking and to any questions we had. Check in instructions were clear and complete.
