(*June 14 - Sept 1 we only rent weekly: Sat to Sat). Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, across from Sea Isle City, this house is a waterman's dream. Private home on property of Larsen's Marina; boat rentals (or slip), tackle shop, breakfast and lunch cafe, and endless free parking. Clean, bright and spacious with multiple decks to watch the boats go by and gorgeous evening sunsets. Bring the family for a stay to remember forever. (regarding groups- employed & 25 yrs and up, please)

Watch the sun come up from your living room, fish off the dock, feed the ducks on the water. Watch the Friday night fireworks from the rooftop or front steps. Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

We are a 5 star rated Airbnb. We worked hard to earn that and harder to keep it. Our goal is to provide the cleanest and most beautiful experience in the Wildwood's. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Amenities include full kitchen, sub-zero refrigerator, dishwasher and all utensils. Washer and dryer included. Master bedroom with Queen bed and private tile shower. Living room with dining area. Both tv’s are smart, Hulu, Netflix etc.
