Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

We had an incredibly great girls weekend. The place is super modern and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and a special highlight was that we could grill in the evening. Kati is a very nice host who responds quickly and leaves nothing to be desired. The surroundings are absolutely idyllic. In the morning, cows ran past our house and we were able to take beautiful walks directly from the front door. Parking is also sufficiently available. We absolutely enjoyed it and can clearly recommend Airbnb =)

Absolutely recommended accommodation – better than in the pictures! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Furniture and amenities are high-quality and modern. The kitchen in particular is excellently equipped – everything is very well maintained and up to date. The bed is extremely comfortable with a good mattress and high-quality linens. The bathroom is also great: clean, modern, tasteful. The balcony invites you to linger – quiet, with a view of the countryside. Internet connection is fast and stable, ideal for streaming or working. Everything was sparkling clean – bathroom, kitchen, bed – we immediately felt comfortable. The parking space right outside the door ensures a relaxed arrival. Overall, an accommodation that we can recommend without reservation – we'll be back for sure!
