We had a really fun couple of days here! The house was great and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

We loved our hosts and their house that they shared with us. They were extremely hospitable and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Great people!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome that made us feel right at home. The cabin itself was cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep for our family of four and our beloved pup. We loved exploring the nearby trails and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. After our little hikes, there was nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub, which added the perfect touch of relaxation to our vacation. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to coming back—perhaps with some friends next time to share the experience! Highly recommend this lovely retreat for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

the most magical place i’ve ever stayed. location and vibe was exactly what i was looking for. if your debating staying let me make the decision easier, do it! you will not be disappointed. it exceeded my expectations. the small art touches by Line Marie really made it so magical. i was worried about the bed but it was incredibly comfortable and good pillows and blankets as well! it was december when we stayed and we brought our own wood and heated with the wood stove, it was so cozy. the hot tub and view was jaw dropping. i spent a lot of time under a blanket in the hammock on the porch reading, so surreal listening to nature and observing wildlife. perfect place to journal or draw at the mosaic desk in the loft with the windows open.

An amazing experience!!!

This was our first time staying longer than one day in Canada. It was beautiful and peaceful, The Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to grab groceries our first night and they gave us some Pasta and Spaghetti. The hot tub was also very warm and relaxing. We will be back in the Summer to Kayak and swim for sure!

This place is so great. My only negative is that I wish we could have stayed longer :) It's located just 15 minutes from town/ the ferry, the local food places are excellent, and the cabin itself was gorgeous. We sat on the deck for hours watching for sea lions and whales! Can't wait to come back :)

This is a very spacious cabin with a lovely fence yard and cool deck. We spent two quiet nights and enjoyed a beautiful set rise before leaving the island.

had a great stay and Doug was EXTREMELY flexible. my girlfriend got ill the night before morning check out, and Doug graciously allowed us to extend our check out ,till she was well enough to travel!!

Charming, comfortable and very clean. Lots of thoughtful touches. The host was extremely quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. Such a private, beautiful, spacious, and tranquil unit. Everything was so clean and easy to use. Great location too and close to the stores. We enjoyed cooking our own meal and bbq grill was provided upon request. The fireplace was amazing and they gave us the firewood and the instructions on how to get the fireplace going. Great memories in this great place and we are thankful for such an amazing and unforgettable experience. Thank you Jamaica and Gord for your hospitality. We’re sure everyone will enjoy their time in this beautiful home away from home

The place is very private, comfortable and clean. The beds and linens were good and the kitchen well equipped. I loved sitting on the front steps in the morning sun with my coffee and around the fire at night. I loved that it was tucked away and private, but not in dark trees, like a lot of places on the islands. It was a great place to stay and a dreamy holiday on Galiano.

A beautifully cozy cabin, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highlight was being welcomed by the farm dogs. My group and I would definitely come back.

John was very thoughtful knowing that I was checking late. He left lights on so that i could see when I arrived. He left a lovely note welcoming me to the home and sent good thoughts for my daughter’s surgery for which I was staying at his place for. He wrote instructions on how to find a trail and hoped I could enjoy a walk on the beach before tending to business. I would stay there again in a heart best.
