We loved every moment of our stay at Bob and Kath’s beautiful home! It’s a peaceful, quiet retreat with lovely surroundings and scenic trails that lead right down to the backwaters. Bob and Kath are warm, engaging hosts who made us feel truly welcome—wonderful to talk to and always happy to share local tips. Easily the best place to stay near Ludlow if you’re looking for comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway outside of the city. Home was just as photographed! Lovely back porch to drink wine, have dinner, and enjoy watching sheep graze and the occasional deer prance through wildflowers. Host went above and beyond from the minute we arrived. Ava took the time to introduce us to all of her many animals and show us around the farm, gave us fresh strawberries from her garden (delicious) along with other treats and fresh cut flowers in the house. Ava was very responsive whenever we messaged with a question. Would 100% stay again. Perfect spot for couples or families. And our little dog loved the property and enjoyed meeting farm dog Rocky :) This stay reminded me of when I first started using airbnb nearly a decade ago, and local stays felt personal and distinct from a hotel. An experience I haven't in a long long time using this service! Highly recommend!

We had a great time using this Airbnb for our stay surrounding our wedding at Maplehurst farm! The wedding party loved the hot tub and being so close to the venue in the morning was priceless. The place was well stocked with plenty of linens and everything we needed, and the beds were nice and comfortable.

Faith and David were very hospitable hosts. Their farm is very pleasant and peaceful. The quiet of the surroundings, the diverse bird species and the fresh eggs and vegetables really made the stay very memorable. I enjoyed speaking with these wonderful hosts and I will be rebooking in the future!

Fantastic stay and delivered the solitude in nature that I was looking for. It was a great way to experience the San Juans. The view was stunning, the access to the beach was stellar, and one of the best ways to spend a few days relaxing. The loaner vehicle was perfect to get us from dock to house. Reminder, for anyone looking to book this airBNB, please be mindful of what you pack and bring as there is no store to quickly run to if you forgot something. Also, you need to pack out your recyclables & non-compostables. Overall, would stay again and have already recommended it to others as an Eco-friendly vacation destination.

We had peaceful and relaxing stay at Linda’s Hilltop Hideaway. The space was clean and cozy with a lovely porch that was beautifully landscaped. We were lucky to catch her peonies in bloom! Linda is very friendly and greeted us as we arrived and said goodbye as we were leaving. Hilltop Hideaway was great for our weekend getaway!

The eco-cabin was amazing- a beautiful location; quiet and peaceful in the woods. The rustic cabin had so much character, and was just as described. It was charming, slow living close by beaches, Fort Flagler state park and Port Townsend. Waking up to birdsong gazing up at the trees and stars visible in the loft skylight in the early hours is healing medicine. Gotta love early mornings with coffee, breakfast and friends on the porch. Marrowstone Island Winery is a 6 minute drive away, and is a must if you like excellent wine. The Nordland General Store ( 9 minutes away) is lovely and has all the essentials.

We had a birthday celebration during our stay and everyone fit very comfortably. We cooked together and had ample room to play fishbowl in the living room. The sunsets are amazing! The property had a walking path and was well groomed. The front yard was completely fenced in so our pups were safe to hang out. It is a great location - close to the grocery store any other amenities you need as well as recreational activities . We will definitely stay there again when we visit the PNW again.

This is, by far, the most amazing Airbnb we've visited! the views were great and the amenities were fantastic. Everything you could possibly need was available and the hosts were very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we look forward to booking here for our next stay on Whidbey Island!

Great Airbnb - spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished and stocked, comfy bed, and responsive host. Could have perhaps been tricky to find because it’s tucked back behind a few houses off the main road, but Lisa’s directions were perfect and I found it easily. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends looking to stay somewhere in Mount Vernon!

My friends and I wanted a nice weekend getaway somewhere peaceful and could accommodate all 13 of us— luckily we were able to book Yong and Gina’s property which was both serene and fun. Yong and Gina are terrific hosts; they’re friendly, helpful, and proactive. Their instructions were very clear regarding anything relevant on the property and were responsive whenever we had questions or issues (there were very few). The property itself is beautiful and homey with gorgeous water views. The amenities are tons of fun (arcade basketball, table top tennis, 120” projector, hot tub etc). Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a quiet area surrounded by nature.

A great location in Oak Harbor, within 25 minutes of restaurants, Deception Pass State Park, beaches, and trails. It's a peaceful spot and the setup works well for friends or family traveling together. Lots of open space in the yard for a dog to enjoy too. We enjoyed a long weekend stay and recommend if you want to stay on the northern part of the island.

My spouse and I (traveling with a 2-year old) had a lovely weekend at the cabin on this serene and private orchard. It was more spacious than we anticipated and the design was cozy yet stylish. Beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the MagSafe iPhone chargers in the bedrooms, the shower head was great, ample heaters throughout, and there were games and toys for our toddler (and us), plus two smart TVs, and fun art to enjoy. We spent a lot of time meandering around the grounds as well. We want to come back when the vast selection of fruit is in season!

What a wonderful place to spend a weekend away. The host’s youngest gave us a tour and shared funny stories of the farm animals. We enjoyed fresh eggs from the hens right outside our door and devoured the most heavenly chocolate chip cookies baked by our lovely host. In the evening we enjoyed tea by the cracking fire and engaged in fun conversations with other guests on the property. I’m already thinking about my next visit to the island and hope to stay at Storybook again.

Greenbank Bungalow was such a delightful and charming place! From the moment we checked in, we felt relaxed in the comfortably furnished home. It was clean, and very inviting! We were welcomed with some snacks, amazing coffee beans, books, a chess table, and even some dog toys to play with! We enjoyed the short walk to visit Greenbank Farm where there is a massive off-leash park! Our dog Happy had a blast running free at top speed, and playing with other dogs at the park. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this AirBnB and we highly recommend it!

Absolutely the perfect place for some quiet time, sitting on the porch and clearing my head. Beautifully detailed space and super comfy. Easy on-line instructions and great "welcome to their house" notebook. I hope to return!

This was the perfect place for a short stay while visiting friends. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We lucked out with beautiful weather and had a great view of Mt. Ranier from the unit. The place was just as described and very comfortable. The provided coffee and breakfast items were a nice touch.

My husband and I would’ve spent the rest of our vacation here if we could! Karen is a superb host and such a lovely person. She met us at check in and was quick to answer any questions we had via text. Her home was incredibly inviting and cozy. Far enough out of the big cities but still a great spot to find some local restaurants and close to trailheads. She also left some breakfast items which was very helpful when we forgot a few things. If you’re a photographer and get lucky enough to see the auroras, text Karen and she’ll show you/tell you the spots to get the shot. She was even kind enough to lend me a tripod while we spent the nighttime hours waiting for the aurora. Don’t wait to book the Owl’s Nest!

The bunkhouse has been great! A place to relax and heal. It had everything you need! Buddy the kitty is lovely and I’m going to miss her. The whole farm is good energy! I stayed for 9 by myself and I had all I needed. The bunkhouse is close to everything and has everything. I enjoyed watching the sunsets from the porch. Lovely paradise! Marla and Randy are great guests!

Great stay at the cottage. Easy check in and check out, Shyni is super responsive and a great communicator.

Larry’s place is a true gem. It feels like you’re visiting someone’s home rather than something made for Airbnb. Larry messaged me during the stay to make sure I was doing well and gave me lots of recommendations. The surrounding area is very cute with lots to do. I highly recommend checking out the nearby ludlow falls. It’s an easy hike but feels like you’re immersed in a rainforest. Overall this Airbnb was great and I’d recommend it to all my friends and family.

Karen's alpaca farm was a great place for a few days with the family. Karen and Hugo let us help with feeding the animals, and the grounds were a great place for the kiddos to explore with plenty of grass, flowers, and berries in the spring. The inside of the house was also well stocked with kitchen hardware, cooking supplies, tons of books for all ages, and games. The living area also has great sight lines into the back yard and the water. Location-wise, the farm is on the near side of Camano Island, with easy access to Stanwood for groceries as well as Camano Commons if we want to eat out or have the kiddos check out the neighboring playground.
