We had a fantastic stay! Johanna and her husband were extremely friendly, helpful, and graciously hospitable. We felt very welcomed. They were very responsive to a few requests we had and even made up a futon as an extra bed when asked about sleeping arrangements for my family of five. We had a great time roasting s’mores over a campfire by the pond and my son caught his first fish. Great memories! On our next visit to Fairfield, this will be the first rental I will be looking for.

We had to find a place last minute due to some unexpected circumstances, and Lori was incredibly accommodating. We only needed it for one night to fit five of us, and the three-bedroom setup was perfect. She went above and beyond by offering early check-in and late check-out, and even brought us muffins and coffee since she knew we had to hit the road early. The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn’t cause any major issues. All in all, a great stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

This is a jewel of a retro-designed home —spacious, tastefully decorated, stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and views of the Hudson with great access to newburgh and beacon downtowns. Great communication and flexibility on check in and out. Would definitely stay again! Thanks

Erin was very responsive and approachable. She gave clear instructions on entry and exit to the house. It was cozy and clean and relaxing. He little touches of luxury were everywhere to be found. I would go again in a heartbeat.

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. We spent the weekend at this amazing farmhouse and didn’t want to leave—seriously, we were this close to moving in. Mark and Whitney were absolute gems of hosts, making us feel instantly at home with everything we could possibly need. The vibe? Retro charm meets cozy comfort. The kitchen counter was so long and inviting, it became my hangout spot whether we were cooking or just chatting. My daughter claimed the little lounge outside the second bedroom as her study nook, our family friend took over the artsy fashion studio room, and my wife fell in love with the living room—aka the evening chill zone. We shared family-style dinners in the dreamy dining area, melted into the comfiest beds ever, and just when we thought it couldn’t get better… enter the old-school record player. Dropping the needle on vinyl while we lounged around? Pure, unexpected magic. The whole place had this nostalgic, feel-good energy that made the weekend unforgettable.

Place was perfect! Clean & made our Holiday stay in the beautiful Hudson Valley a wonderful experience. We loved the personal touches the house offered and we will be back

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

I would highly recommend this place, Tracy was very helpful. She gave us clear instructions. She had the place prepared for us. She even customized for us a card and guiding us to where everything is, the place was very clean, very well taken care of, and a lot of thoughts went into designing this place with all the amenities and comfortabilities

Beautiful home, exactly how it was described and looked even better in person. Incredible surrounding areas and activities. Steven was helpful throughout the stay and incredibly flexible. Wonderful host! Will definitely be planning a yearly visit.

I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

this was an absolutely amazing stay! The pictures don’t do the house justice. We had a larger group and it was perfect!! Everything is clearly Labeled and the house comes with a user manual - written and with videos . Everyone in my group was super impressed and excited about the stay. When we walked in there was a cute sign welcoming myself and my guests with a stocked basket of snacks. It was the perfect place and a def. Spot to reserve again!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Henri was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen items to fresh linens. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. We absolutely loved our quick getaway from the city at Kate’s lovely home. It is hard to articulate in words just how beautiful of a home and location this was. It was truly magical. We were very comfortable as a family traveling with young children. Despite the weather being a bit chilly, we had a wonderful time soaking the views and discovering “treasures” by the water. We cannot wait to come back again soon.

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! We were looking for a last minute peaceful four day getaway and we found it here. We can’t stop talking about it. Although relatively close to everything we felt as if we were in the middle of a forest. The only sounds were the chirping of song birds and a woodpecker in the morning. Local restaurants are great and for us a trip to Yale University’s free museums and nearby antique shops rounded things out. The house is charming and Rio, our host , made sure we had everything. The few things we forgot from home were there! Wonderful experience all around.

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

Plenty of space, great for traveling with dog, really close to some great trails, and Beacon is a great little city.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

We had nice weekend at the cozy cottage. We loved that it was pet friendly and a short walk to the beach. Cameron was very friendly and responsive. She offered great suggestions for food and activities.
